Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

This place should be shut down. If it were located in Manhattan or Long Island, it wouldn't last five minutes. There isn't one time that I have ordered and received my food within an hour. I waited two hours for two medium pizzas. I called after an hour and a half to check on my order and was told that the driver was "on his way". I waited before another 45 minutes before he called and said that he was outside. I went outside and waited about 15 minutes. He wasn't there. I returned indoors to hear him leaving a message on my voice mail about him having been outside and I supposedly wasn't there, so he delivered another order in the meantime. I called him right back and told him that I was outside when he said he was outside and he wasn't there! So he changed tactics and said that he was "right across the street" and that I should stay where I was. I said that I would return outside right away. I did so and waited another ten minutes in the cold without a coat, before going back in for good. I called to speak to a manager and waited at least five minutes before the same chirpy girl who answered the first time, came back on and acted as though she had not spoken to me before. I realized that she had either never said anything to the manager or that the manager did not want to pick up the phone. I hung up and ordered from Papa John's-Domino's loss and my gain. My food came within 40 minutes and it is better quality all round. You pay a little more, but you get what you pay for. I will never order from Dominos again. It's been years of their crap-drivers stealing tips from kids by telling them that they don't have change, etc., food paid for and never delivered, the list goes on. Complaints to Corporate do nothing to improve the service. If you're lucky, you may get an email informing you that they have reached out to the franchise and are awaiting a response. Whoever owns this place doesn't give a damn about the people in the area and openly shows it. One look at the reviews on here tells the story. Everyone (except for a few employees, paid fraudulent reviewers, lunatics, drug addicts, alcoholics and flat out liars)...

THIS WAS THE LAST DRAW!!!!! I AM COMPLETELY DONE WITH DOMINOES!!!!! AND THE STAFF IS THE HORRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! I ORDER PIZZAS AND SPECIFICALLY PUT WELL DONE DUE TO THE FACT THAT NO MATTER WHEN, WHAT OR HOW!!!!! THE PIZZA IS ALWAYS RAW, TOPPINGS COLD AND EVERYTHING IS UNDERCOOKED!!!!! BECAUSE THE CRUST GETS A LITTLE BROWN, THEY SWEAR THAT THE PIZZA IS COOKED!!!! IF THE TOPPINGS AREN'T COOKED, HOW CAN THE PIZZA BE COOKED!!!!??? HOW!!!!? RIDICULOUS!!!!! WHO HIRES STAFF THAT CAN'T EVEN TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COOKED FOOD ITEMS!!!!! I ALWAYS HAVE TO TELL THEM TO PUT IT BACK IN TO LET IT COOK CORRECTLY!!!! NOW I GO TO PICK UP MY ORDER AND THE PIZZA ONCE AGAIN IS NOT WELL DONE OR COOKED!!!! EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SELECTED TO BE "WELL DONE!!!!!!" AND THE STAFF HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT I'D HAVE TO WAIT HALF AN HOUR FOR MY PIZZA TO GO BACK IN THE OVEN TO BE PREPARED CORRECTLY!!!! THIS IS NOT ONLY HORRIBLE SERVICE BUT TRULY SHOWS THAT DOMINOS HAS NO SENSE OF PRIDE IN THE CUSTOMERS WHO PAY FOR THEIR FOOD, OR THE QUALITY OF THE REPRESENTATION!!!!!! SO NOW I HAD TO COME HOME AND DO DOMINOES PAID STAFF EMPLOYEES JOB BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF CARE & PROFESSIONALISM!!!!! IF NOT FOR THIS BEING FOOD FOR MY FAMILY, I WOULD'VE HAVE LEFT IT RIGHT THERE AND DEMANDED A REFUNDED!!!!! AT THIS POINT, I AM THROUGH WITH THIS DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS TO PIZZA HUT, LITTLE CESARS, PAPA JOHN'S ETC!!!!!! ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! AND NOW I SEE WHY FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS DOMINOES, NOT JUST AT THIS STORE BUT (ESPECIALLY AT THIS STORE) AND DOMINOES IN GENERAL HAS BEEN FULL OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND HARDLY ANYTHING GOOD HAS AND CAN BE SAID ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! PISS...

Worst dominos ever!! I wish they take the store from that man that owns it now because he dont know what the hell he is doing, he has no business sense whatsoever. He cancels orders on weekends or any day it gets too busy for his taste because he gets overwhelmed OR on a good day he will just manually adjust the tracker to say that its out for delivery, wait another twenty minutes then clear it in a way that it look like you got your order so it looks good to corporate. Insult to injury half the time they wont even refund you your money so you are there with no food and cheated out of the cost of your order. THEN little indian man want to act like you are some angry colored person for going down there in person in to tell him about his stupid self since he is scared to answer the phone when you call....yes Im saying from experience! Then when you go to the store, the phone is ringing off the hook because every time he answers its someone on the line cursing him out because he does this same dumb ish to everyone. When asked why he dont answer his line he says "People call me, curse me tell me 'F**k you'" Uuumm yea dummy. You takin people cash, not delivering their food, curving their calls, and canceling their orders. Id say F you too sir. So now I have to deprive myself from Dominos when its the only one within a 20 minute distance because Pendejo cant run a franchise establishment...COME ON - A FRANCHISE!! THEY TRAIN YOU ON HOW TO DO BASIC STUFF WHEN YOU BUY THE DAMN STORE!! MORON! Dont waste your time. Order online and just walk in there to get it if you are seriously that desperate for pizza. I complained and corporate is doing nothing to fix this...
