Berkoff Supply — Local services in New York

Will not answer the phone. Need a question answered, about a part I was sold a few days ago, and no one is answering the phone. (UPDATE) They are currently open for business, according to their store hours. Finally showed up, to simply replace the part, to see the gate partially open (towards their listed closing time of noon), to be greeted with an enormous amount of disrespect, and was treated very dismissively by one of the owners. Their employees are very helpful, but the owners are very rude and nasty. Extremely disappointed. The only silver lining, is I got the part, but only thanks to their employees, who they don't...

i dont know who would ever give this place a good review. the workers probably. the owners here are outright nasty and disrespectful , its like you are bothering them. i am a salesman and went to go meet them after dealing with them on the phone for years. they had no idea who i was. and for the honest truth they are a horrible account. never paid on time , bounces check repeatedly also. i wanted to see if we could build a better relationship. after walking in and being treated like dirt like so many others i dont even bother taking their calls anymore go to GC Lumber supply on...

The costumer service in this place is horrible, the front desk workers are very disrespectful and you can’t ask them no questions because every question you ask they give you bad attitude. I wouldn’t prefer this...
