Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I was at the Dunkin’ on 6000 Shore Pkwy Brooklyn on 9/27/18 around 3:54pm and I am sad to say I was HIGHLY dissatisfied with the service and crew, INCLUDING THE MANAGER. Any Dunkin’ I go to, wether in Jersey or NY, they gladly fulfill my request when asked to put a small coffee cup amount of coffee in the medium foam size cup. I don’t like the small size cup when drinking my hot coffee, I prefer THE SMALL SIZE AMOUNT, in the medium size CUP. The cashier, Alifa Z, gave me a hard time fulfilling what I asked for, she agreed to put the small coffee amount in the medium size cup, but told me I had to pay the medium cup amount. I did not ask for the medium cup size amount, I only nicely asked if I can simply use the medium size cup. She kept giving a nasty attitude and highering her voice in front of all the other customers there. I asked for the manager, but she was no better And did exactly as her cashier, embarrassing me and turning me down. ANY other Dunkin I have went to, and still go to, simply do this for me. I don’t understand why I’d pay the price of a medium size cup of coffee if I am still drinking the less amount that would’ve been in a small coffee cup? TERRIBLE experience at this Dunkin, I was NOT happy. I HIGHLY DO NOT reccomand anybody go to this Dunkin, the crew has no respect for their cusomters what so ever and will not fulfill a simple favor. Honestly Dunkin Donuts corporation should be embarrassed. This place is atrocious. The establishment is so badly maintained, we walked in for a quick bite before six flags because it was sadly the first spot we saw and we asked the employee for 4 sandwiches and he rolled his eyes and was upset because I interrupted him from watching his cricket competition on his iPhone which was legitimately leaning on top of the coffee machines there were flys everywhere and one single coke zero inside there fridge, he had no mask on and wasn’t even in dunkin uniform it was a hot mess what bothered me so much is that he was upset that we place an order to begin with this place is disgusting beware seriously FLY...

This is the first time I ever stopped here. I asked for a frozen chocolate & iced caramel latte and the lady gave me a white color frozen chocolate which had no flavor , I showed her a picture what it’s supposed to look like and she said I was wrong, (I get these two drinks everyday) & my latte looks like and tastes like milk. Not only that the place looks very dirty the clear plastic in front of register has spots, very poor higiene. Please bring people that know how to prepare the drinks. This was a...
