Flying Food Group — Restaurant in New York

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. After arriving late and being told I’d need to wait (which I accepted), I ended up sitting for two hours. During that time, one employee started working on my nails but didn’t even finish before I was told by another staff member that I had to come back the next day because they had another customer waiting. The employee who spoke to me was rude and dismissive, making me feel as though I was asking for a favor, not paying for a service.

Additionally, when I called ahead, I was given one price, but upon arrival, the price had changed without explanation. The lack of professionalism and care for customers’ time and feelings was evident throughout my visit. If you value respectful treatment and transparent pricing, I recommend...
