I have tried ordering here multiple times before 11(which is when they APPARENTLY close) and beforehand I called at 6 pm to make sure they would be open, which they said they would been. I called at 10:15 when I got off work and they said they were only accepting walk ins so I showed up and got in at 10:28. To which they then told me they are only doing fried foods because the grill closed at 10:30. No one told us this when we called and asked. They laughed at us when we asked why no body told us this on the phone. Itās the wore service I have ever received from any business. Itās not hard to tell someone that after 10:30 you only serve fried when they tell you itāll be between 10-10:30. If I knew that I wouldnāt have wasted my time, gas and patience or I wouldāve made plans to order earlier before I got off work. Not only that but when I was sitting outside trying to find another option a lady walked in at 10:45 to which they said something about us laughing and the other customers turned around to look at us. As if we werenāt still there. They are some of the most rude and hateful people I have had to deal with since moving to NY in May. Iād be ashamed to have them as my staff and Iām disgusted with the management for allowing this to be the behavior to be allowed in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe ordered the half pound of chicken nuggets with fries. Got about five chicken nuggets in the bag mostly fries the crispy fries were good aside from the half a pound of salt that was on them. The chicken was definitely white meat but it was really dry . We also ordered chicken fries but for some reason we got some kind of Buffalo chicken salad with a ton of celery in it and tiny little pieces of chicken. This was spread out over a layer of soggy fries definitely not something we would order again. you can order online but it goes through mealeo. The seasoning for the chicken was very good it might have just been that it was late and they may have been sitting for a while. When we got home we were charged for buffalo chicken fries that's not exactly buffalo chicken fries it's more like a layer of french fries with tiny little pieces of chicken mixed in Buffalo sauce spread across the top of the French fries and some celery chopped up in there. So we basically paid $31 for French fries because that's mostly with the meal ended up being . Won't be ordering from here again they had good reviews but definitely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter hearing my 20-something year old son rave about all his trips to Chicken Joe's, today I had the opportunity to try it for myself. My son got a Heaven sandwich and I got the chicken nuggets with corn fritters. Let's start with the sandwich. It was so large and filled with delicious ingredients that he could only eat half of it (happily saving the second half for tonight's dinner!). My nuggets and fritters came mixed together in a foil-lined sack, which kept it plenty warm for the ride home. The serving size was generous and the ingredients were obviously high quality (no weird pieces of non-edible chicken in the entire meal - just clean white meat). The restaurant was clean, and they had covid safety measures in place - only one group inside to order at a time, then we returned to our car and the meal was delivered to us there (with a smile, I might add!). I am now a Chicken Joe's groupie and hoping someday they'll open a location closer to me in Columbia County. Regardless, I will definitely be back - there are many more items on their menu that I'd...
