This is a small preserve in the middle of a residential area. I appreciate the accessibility but the trails are not maintained very well and I had a hard time getting through with my 3 year old in mid August when they were quite overgrown. My son loves playing by streams, but this one needs a bit of clean up as I found quite a bit of broken glass on the shoreline. I hope in time RLT will do some clean up and maintenance here. It is a nice spot for birding and...

I appreciate this location for its peaceful atmosphere and its distance from busy streets, making it ideal for leisurely dog walks. My only concern is the presence of off-leash dogs, which unfortunately prevents me from bringing dogs who are not comfortable around...
