Lee Good Taste — Restaurant in New York

I normally call to place my order for pick up & the woman who picks up the calls late night is so rude an disrespectful, she interrupts you while placing your order, she will say she can not hear you but responds when you talk, hangs up and even yells when she gets frustrated, I’ve had several encounters with this same woman and every time over the phone she has the nastiest attitude but in person acts sweet like she had not just openly yelled, disrespected and hung up on the phone when i was very patiently trying to just order food, the food is here is honestly so good but just bc of this woman alone after every encounter I’ve had speaking to her Ive lost interest in ordering here, this has been my Chinese food place for YEARS been eating at the same spot since I was young n only over the past 2-3 years since this woman has started taking calls have I had this problem with them, and it is specifically over the phone, I’ve gone in person and never been met with the same disrespect from this woman, as a costumer service worker, its unbelievable the way she does her job, and makes such an ugly look for such a good...

For all of you doing reviews please look and this one! I live right around the corner from this store. I’ve been going to them for years. 1. Their food is really good, but over time their bbq sauce has become kind of water down. 2. Their pricing has double thing that we’re $3 are now $6 so don’t trust the menu on Google. 3. Their service is 3/5 bc they are very busy so they work fast and have short convo so make your order simple short and understandable (they can’t speak proper english). 4. Their atmosphere is very pleasesnt they have customers all the time they work fast and even though their pricing has gone up it’s still pretty reasonable. $20 can get 2 meals and 1 side. Overall their is no other place i know that is better...

They use fresh ingredients for their dishes. They have wonderful customer service, communicative, they are patient and kindhearted. I always come here to order food for my family and I have never had an issue with the workers at this establishment. If you have issues with the workers it’s probably just you because I’ve lived here for years and I’ve seen how people in this area act which is rude and demanding. Again I highly recommend.
