City Line Park — Attraction in New York

This park really needs some maintenance it is local so I take my daughter here alot. the water fountain is a nice touch and there is plenty for her to play but the mosquitoes in this park are horrible the bushes are so huge it's no way a child will be able to play with out getting bit on there face. It's almost August. the grass where alot of homeless people and drug addicts sit together has been cut but the bushes near where the kids play hasn't. It's to many mosquitoes in this park and the area is not always clean and let me just add we went to central park once before not one...

As a visitor, clean park well maintained. Has a turf football pitch which is great. Does anyone know if an organised team uses the artificial turf pitch? If yes, when are the times they play?
