Oh my gosh literally my dream come true ever since I have tried chamoy I’m in love I love everything chamoy so I found this place trough my sis and been wanting to visit here for a long while now since it’s far from where I live I finally drove all the way just to come here and I did not regret it it was everything I ever wanted and more the store was decent size but it was way cuter inside with a balloon wall and a mini ice cream cart to take pics I wish I could have tried everything on the menu because they all look amazing so I had the chamoyada mango an best choice ever I got to try a bit of the strawberry and cream it was also delicious their menu and prices are great definitely recommend this place will definitely come back again to try a few...

we went here at saturday around 9. There was only one worker her name is natalia & she took our order. She was busy and we let it slide but come to find out she gave our order to someone else by accident. We were there for 40 minutes waiting and when we told the worker if she can make our snacks and she goes, “i’ll do it but it’ll take long”. She gave us a refund and we left because it looked like she didn’t want to do it because she started cleaning. i would understand if it was super packed it was just us two sitting there and a family who were already eating. if this place is so good get more prepared-equipped, attentive people to run the place, because one person like her is not...

Ridiculously slow service. Being in the industry I could clearly see them 6-10 tickets behind. Just because customers aren't complaining doesn't mean they are not feeling the wait. It would take me 15 min tops get these orders out. the staff has no awareness of hustle or multitasking. If this can't be fixed the business will not succeed. No one even at the busiest restaurants waits 30 min for an order! I understand everything is made by scratch but nothing should take this long to come out . Staff had to compensate wait time with free paletas however order was still wrong. Slow down to speed up. Better preparation, better training, better hiring will all take this place to...
