I have tried many things on their menu over the past couple of years including variations of tacos, wings, pizza, pasta, salads, and burgers and I have LOVED every single thing. I can't go through every single item, but the portions sizes are very reasonable for everything (including the pasta and salads which are always completely filled to the top of the containers for me) and it all tastes amazing. The only thing I will say that is a bit strange is that the tacos are almost never made the same way as the last time I order them. Like one time will have a lot of jalapenos, one time it will have avocado, one time it won't have as much jalapenos, sometimes it'll have more onions. It's never a big deal to me because like I said, they always taste AMAZING, but it's just something to consider when ordering. If you want your tacos done a certain way, make sure you specify exactly what you want when ordering because you never know how they're going to decide to make it. Again, not a huge deal for me because I can tolerate spicy and I like onions and the tacos always taste good regardless, but for more picky eaters, it is something to consider. Another thing to note is that their buffalo wings are just basically hot fried wings with no buffalo sauce which is a little bit disappointing because when I order buffalo wings, I want sauced wings, not slightly spicy fried wings, but I know that some people prefer those types of wings - but they're just not for me. Their BBQ wings on the other hand, are well sauced and taste great so when I order wings, those are the ones I usually get. The pizza here are classic, thin but filling New York style slices with crunch crusts that don't fall apart and very flavorful and exactly what you'd want when looking for a quick bite. Overall, great establishment. The workers here are nice too and make conversation with their customers when they're not too busy.

I've recently had a frustrating experience at Susano's Pizzeria in Flushing over two separate to-go orders. The first day, they served me linguini instead of the spaghetti I ordered without informing me they were out of spaghetti. When I returned the following day to address the issue, the staff initially insisted that linguini and spaghetti were the same. It was only during checkout that they admitted they didn't have spaghetti the previous day and offered just a $1 discount as compensation. The lack of communication and poor customer service is disappointing. Given that I'm carb loading for an upcoming race, I'll likely return out of necessity, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I love the pizza here but on two occasions the pizza just does not fit the box. I went to pick up this medium pie and you can see it’s stuffed into the box to fit. The pizza would be much better in a box that actually fits so the cheese doesn’t get weird. However, it’s a good place to pick up a slice or two on the go.
