Original Brucee's Patties Cafe — Restaurant in New York

My plan was to check out this other west Indian restaurant in the area but since I love beef patties I checked out this spot. I think the sign outside that said $2.99 chicken, rice n peas lunch special might have lured me in as well. Lol It was lunchtime so I was patient when I saw the line that moved fairly slow. The staff seemed friendly enough. What amazed me about this restaurant/store was the amount of variety items they sold from baked sweet goods, bread and many more. I ordered the lunch special and a beef patty. I was really impressed with the patty and wished I had ordered the chicken patty too. I usually eat my patties with coco bread but this patty was seasoned so nice I didn't miss the bread. The lunch special came in a mini container full to the rim with rice and peas and a tasty piece of chicken at the bottom. The mini and inexpensive meal was on point and hit the spot. The food and patties are pretty good. But the people serving are not very pleasant people. There's one lady in there that's short and looks like a frog she is a worst person in that place. When whenever I see her face I don't dare step foot in there. That place will never get my money as long as that frog lady is in there. They need to work on your customer service skills because of the people behind the counters are not happy people and they're not pleasant. And it's a horrible experience buying food so if you was in a good mood you will definitely be in a bad mood after going in there and experiencing the horrible customer service and the Mean Mug faces of the ladies...

Went in today to purchase some pastries. I was next in line, but the cashier’s pretended to not see me and took the person who came in after me. I of course said something, and placed my order, but I NEVER received the pastries! The cashier totally ignored me, and took another customer with no explanation whatsoever. It doesn’t cost anything to be courteous to another human being, especially if they are spending money in the establishment. Hatred and ignorance have no place in customer service.
