Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I visited to use the T-Mobile Tuesday deal (not set to expire for another 6 days) plus purchased additional items. When I arrived at the drive-thru, Aisha the “manager in training” and Chelsea the drive-thru cashier refused to fulfill my order.

They claimed that T-Mobile Tuesday is only valid on Tuesday at their store, and that honoring my processed order would be like giving “free food away” . This deal is good for the next week, and processed in my paid order! At that point I asked to speak with the manager, and Aisha informed me the manager was not there and I could call the store to speak with someone. I was in front of her and called the store 3 times and received no answer, and then she asked me to leave and come back at 4 pm to fulfill my order that was paid for.

I asked for a refund and was refused to get my money back “because I paid the app and not the store” . When I insisted on a refund Aisha and Chelsea threatened to call the POLICE on me! I was not yelling or anything and was threatened with the police during a crucial time when that can mean life or death.

I have worked in customer service, and this was by far my worst visit to any establishment that I have experienced. I plan to circulate this review because no customer should ever experience such horrendous service, no food and...

I visited this location to try the spicy chicken sandwich. The line was long but the process was fast, I had a really knowledgeable cashier. Now to the sandwich it was absolutely delicious, the signature flavor of Popeyes' frying oil, seasoned by rounds and rounds of their spice blend, peeking out from every crunchy peak of delectable flour breading. with its mealy gray spongey layer, every flake of the Popeyes' fillet's coating was light and crave able, The soft bun was rich and buttery, the pickle chips nice and thick, and was one of the only sandwiches that really, truly ate like a meal. I ordered off the Popeyes app. I didn’t receive my spicy fish sandwich nor my frozen lemonade. When, I called.. The delivery driver was kind enough to go back and get my frozen lemonade. She called me back to tell me the lemonade was sitting behind the counter the whole time, even after she asked the cashier did she have everything. By the time she called me back, I noticed I got the chicken sandwich instead. I don’t eat chicken, that’s the reason I order me the fish sandwich for me, and the tenders for my boyfriend. Then as you can see from the receipts….we ordered sweet heat sauce and wild honey mustard …ask if we received our sauces ??? LMAO ok ..Please do better night crew. Im very dissatisfied & don’t even want to call to order...
