Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I ordered 4 pizzas , 1 cheese sticks, 1 garlic knots , 1 cinnamon pull apart, 1 chocolate chip, and 4 drinks all using the special deals. 2 pizza deal ( 2 medium 2 topping pizzas $13.98), ( MIX MATCH two or more items for $6 each) (4 -20oz beverages for $6) I used my $20 rewards towards it and the final cost of it all was $42.95 after tax. I picked up the food and tried to verify that there was eight boxes total and 4 drinks so he spoke to my daughter who placed the online order and he said "yes it was there" I left the store with a big bag to carry it all in and found out it was not there. I live three blocks from them and called them about it, they said it was still in the store. They reheated the chocolate chip pie and took my home address to deliver it. An hour passed and still no one showed they "called" and "left". They called the wrong number and I called them again and the person was rude to me. I asked for the manager, I was on hold for 6 minutes until a man answered I found out it was the same man and even more rude to me. He said I "dropped" it or "lost" it and that "they don't have it" but I insisted, I said " excuse me , I need help I didn't get one of the deserts I paid for" I asked for help for someone to figure out what happened that my online order says I paid for it and never got it. I demanded for it and they said "okay we'll send it". He reheated the same chocolate chip pie again and delivered it this time it took another hour. It was 5:47PM when the Chocolate Chip Pie was delivered to me and I was standing outside. I'm confused how it took them from 3:00PM - 5:47PM to deliver the chocolate pie that I paid for and came to pick up from the papa john's and they almost made me pay an 5 dollars for the mistake they made twice. I'm angry because I placed the order around 2:19PM, I leave work at 2:45PM it was ready at 2:42PM and I picked it up at 3:05PM and called my daughter to verify the online order he spoke to her and said The Chocolate Chip was there. I found out I was missing one desert at 3:06PM; The Chocolate Chip Desert. I told them as soon as possible and they understood and found it still at their papa john's store but it's not fair that I was treated so badly for their mistake- they forgot to give it to me when I came to pick it up. I always order online and pick it up/ pay at their store but now I'm not going to buy from them again. They should treat their customers better , this was a horrible experience I hope more people write reviews if this man is rude to them the same way he was rude to me. (attaching images...

The Nostrand location is hit or miss. If there not burning your food, they are leaving something out. But, Some days you will get a nice person who will help by letting you know they have a promo going on if you buy a lot of food. Other times you will get a rude fool. Who can barely speak let alone use the cash register.

I placed an order on the app on 8/30 where I used a coupon to get a free papadilla. That I recieved for taking a survey after my last order. I walked over. I was 2-3 blocks away and they call me canceling my order saying they don't give out free things. I asked to talk to a manager. He refused and was extremely rude. This location is the worse for deliveries. I like Papa John’s pizza but because of this location I will NEVER order again. They repeatedly do not deliver to the address specifications. The app keeps saying food is on the way and never arrives, or it arrives but they leave it downstairs outside the building, on the wall in a public space for me to come down and get it because they can’t park; or most recently, left it on a different floor, outside someone else’s door (app still saying on the way) and then said I should go see if it’s there and ask them for it…WHATTTTTT?!?! Order cancelled…refund my money…headquarters need to respond and that Papa John’s have failed too many...
