Zee Bagels — Restaurant in New York

While the quality of food is great and the kitchen staff are great people. I have made a decision to stop bringing them my business due to management. I’ll tell you the person they have answering the phone is rude, if you call for delivery it’s over 1 hour wait you call for update you will get hung up on, if you call for pickup it’s also an over 30 min await, because the way the flow is structure the customer that walk in get served first, this flow is ok for 5 years ago times is change some people order over the phone because they’re scared of Covid risk some people call ahead for pickup and pay ahead of time so they can get in and out. Their is many business who meet the customers demands Zee bagels can’t make the adjustments needed because of management care level. You have lost me as a customer and you know who I am a regular customer at your location, not only did you loose my business not so much for your flow of business but how you treat your customers...

This places needs to be shut down and reevaluated. The new management is absolutely disgusting and clueless. I order pretty often from this place and my order is always the same and every single time something is wrong or missing. But today the order was COMPLETELY WRONG and it’s impossible to mess it up…. How can you put HAM on a sandwich that doesn’t even have any meat ordered on it…. When called to tell the worker he acted surprised and confused and this is the second or third time something similar like this has occurred and their excuse is “mistakes happen” how can you put meat on a non meat sandwich and make it on a completely different bagel… this is such a disgrace and an incompetent bagel store …. DO NOT...

Last Friday my coworker and I ordered to grilled chicken Cesar salad and instead we got grilled chicken wraps, I called them and regardless of what the rest of people say they honor there word because the man said keep the wraps and we will send you what you originally ordered,!mi said thank you but told him I don’t work on the weekend so he said to call when we are in and he will send the salad and like I said he keeped his word and sent them, I am very happy they did that and I appreciate what they did to...
