experienced horrible customer service this afternoon at 3 from one barista who was taking orders, as someone who typically preorders, Iāve never experienced such rude behavior from employees. I waited by the register for a barista to take my order and when he came up I asked if I could get a pumpkin spice frap, he replied with āI donāt know if you should order because u would have to waitā, so I said just said okay, then he replied āwell you would have to wait a really long timeā so I asked him how long would it take, he told me āwell itās a 30 minute wait, so I donāt think you would want to orderā, so I just gave him a confused look and said ā30 minutes?ā, then he said again āwell donāt you see all those people over there (pointing to the drink pick up area) and we have a really long line at the drive through window, and that girl behind you (pointing to the girl who was behind us in line)ā at this point I was just so confused by the way he was giving me nasty pushback, and to say well thereās to many people in the store and he had to make everyone drink so I shouldnāt wait? He even referenced the girl who was behind us in line to say he had to make her drink too. I couldnāt believe what I was hearing, I said okay to waiting and he kept going with arguing about how it was to busy. I was completely dumbfounded by the whole encounter and at that point I was just embarrassed so I just ended it with āokay I guess Iāll leaveā. And i left feeling extremely embarrassed. The second I left I regretted not asking to speak with a manager but I didnāt want to cause a scene over pumpkin spice frapp. I ended up contacting customer service just so they could hopefully inform the locations manager, so that the management can couch their baristas on proper customer service. Customer service was very nice and I ended up going to a different Starbucks where I was able to order my drinks in peace. I wish I got the baristas name but I was just so shocked by the whole...

When asked to speak to the manager she quickly defended her self and her staff and showed us that were working as fast as they can on our order while she was sitting in the back accepting orders as her whole team is swarmed and over whelmed. The girl who made our drinks was awesome. The kids were working hard. Management is terrible and this review is strictly directed towards them and their carelessness for good leadership and customer satisfaction. 30-40 mins for 2 cups of coffee is insane. Then receiving 1 of the 2 which were made exactly the same. With a 10 minute gap. No refunded was offered. Not during this entire interaction did management put mobile orders on hold as there team literally died no adjustments for wait time. Worst store location. Thank you to the hard...
