I am very disappointed this used to be my go to place. Now, I would never go back!! I have been wanting the tallarín spaghetti (pesto spaghetti) for a while now. I finally decided to order and find a bugs head in my food. After the pandemic you guys have gone down hill.
This order was in fact from your restaurant. I still have my receipt and other pictures without the ingredients you are referring to. Yes, the other ingredients were red pepper flakes that I added for my liking. Your establishment was in fact contacted and made aware of this. 12/7/2018 - this place has really gone down . I placed an order and was told it was going to be ready in 15-20 minutes for pick up. I get there within the specified time and see my order sitting at a table in the bag waiting to get picked up. Instead of ringing my order , I was told to sit and wait. I waited for a solid 15 mins more, and then choose to cancel my order (I don’t have all day). The lady tells me , “oh it’s ready now”. She points to the same bag I spotted upon arriving and said it’s mine.
This is my thinking , “what the hell? Why did you tell me to wait then? You eat those cold fries because I don’t want them” she was rude and lost a 20-30 dollar order. At this rate, they’ll be closing soon. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste...
