QUESTION FOR THIS COMPANY Are you looking to make repeat Happy customers or just get as many new people as you can buying your products because more suckers will keep coming?As long as you make money it doesn't matter how you do business and go about getting that chedda, it seems after my experience? Decided to try this service on March 1st and placed my order (it was $220 plus the taxes and delivery charge). I'm honestly not happy with what these dispensaries are producing and giving. It's not been doing much for me or my husband and it's not cheap.Here is my thoughts from my first delivery::The Flower I purchased was beyond my expectations.Fiređ„ đ„ đ„I use these products for medical reasons.It was nice to get the relief I was looking form the product I purchased.THANK YOU!!!! SECOND ORDER UPDATE:Placed order at 1:32pm Received email order being prepared at 1:33pm Received third email that order is on its way at 2:24pm.It is now 4:43pm.I placed 2 calls and a woman answered both times(at least it sounded like a woman).She explained that they unfortunately only have 1 drive today and are behind. I told her no problem at all. Last time delivery was so fast, I was calling in to make sure their driver is ok . I forgot to ask her if she had a new estimated arrival time. So I called back 20 minutes later. informed me during the call after asking my name that the driver had already left with delivery.That he should be to me at any moment.I said oh great! Can I ask you if your company usually sends out responses informing there customers of any issues or delays This is my second time ordering and you guarantee 1 hour delivery? She said yes, but I didn't think I needed to do that. Oh,don't you think it's good customer service and a courtesy to inform the people? The response I received was her going into victim mode: she started complaining and saying what about me? I have to work in this office I'm not driving. I didn't think I needed to tell anyone. You can track your driver anyway, can't you? I said if you can that's news to me and I wouldn't be calling you now if I could.She said, oh . Meanwhile I get another call coming in and I switch over. It's my driver,Kelly explaining to me he is on his way from Newark now. That he just got to shop to grab my order to bring for delivery. That's interesting I said to him because I was just being informed minutes ago that my order left hours ago, you are the only driver and you were going to be pulling up any minute (figured that was why you were calling).He said I truly apologize for any inconvenience but I just received your order and that's why I'm calling you with a delivery time. So far the only good experience I have had is with this companies drivers. The product I purchased the second time for $239 plus taxes and delivery charge.Yes now I have spent roughly $500 on this service.The bud was horrible and I didn't even get a buzz!I smoked an ounce in 2 days! because I had to keep smoking and smoking to get nowhere. I got nothing out of the product I paid a lot 4. I don't expect to spend $250 and get absolutely nothing out of it but a wicked cough and chest pain.That tells me this company sends out premo bud to their first time clients. Just to get them to come back and spend hundreds more.HOW THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY CAN DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS AND SLEEPS AT NIGHT? ESPECIALLY KNOWING MANY OF THEM THEMSELVES ARE CONSUMERS. DIDN'T YOUR MOTHER'S(OR WHOEVER) RAISE YOU PROPERLY? WERE YOU NOT TAUGHT THAT YOU DON'T BEAT PEOPLE FOR MONEY BY PROVIDING FALSELY ADVERTISED PRODUCTS?    Read moreUPDATE 10/23/23 UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT THIS BUSINESS HAS JUST GONE DOWN THE DRAIN. The professionalism, the quality has just all been completely sabotaged and it's very sad to see. I placed an order the other day and an item was missing. I called to inquire, they said they would re-deliver it. It never came, and no one contacted me at all. This would've never happened before (and this isn't the first time I just let the other incidents slide). I placed an order this morning at 10am, and received my order at 2pm ( generally orders are delivered under 1hr). I even called for a heads up, and was sent to VM. I called the delivery driver that I'm used to, and he told me (with an attitude) that he couldn't provide an eta or explanation (I calmly said thank you). I work remotely, so I couldn't just twiddle my thumbs and wait. You can certainly expect deliveries nowadays to come whenever they feel like it, and you must be ready to come down in 3-5 mins without a heads up, or else your driver will leave. Absurd. Anyone can order thc anywhere now, but it was the customer service that kept me coming. It's been about 7 months since a lot of folks I was used to quit and things are just not running well anymore. I'm done with this business starting today. Thanks for the run.
Amazing!!! If I didnât realize we were living in the 21st century â where we have delivery services for almost EVERYTHING â then I realized it today when I found this business; unbelievable! Super fast, great communication, amazingggg customer service! These guys are killing it!
UPDATE: It's been over a year now and I still love this company just as I did on the first day, mostly because of their drivers who make the whole experience worth while!! I've received deliveries from several drivers, and I can't recall all of their names!! I'll shoutout the names I do remember!! Kelly's been delivering my orders since day 1. I love my super short chats with him before taking my delivery! Ish (always on point as they all are!), Amira (sweetheart), Schoolboy (Mr. Hilarious), Jorge (Mr. cool guy) , Mr. Wonderful (haha don't remember his exact name, but that's his IG name)!    Read moreUpdate: Decided to give them another chance and theyâre back to their antics. Placed a priority order waited an hour with no word from them, and as per usual no one picking up the phones. Then when I did get in contact with someone they said it would be another hour or more before I got my delivery. Whatâs the point? Some people have things to do and canât just wait around for yâallâŠ.isn't that the whole point of priority? But what really pissed me off is if I didnât reach out no one would reach out to me. Apparently they are having trouble with their website, chile itâs a mess. Wish I could give them 0 stars, just ruined my whole day right here. Been using the service for almost 2 years and now their delivery is just terrible. The website says delivery in 10-60 minutes but these days that almost never happens. Itâs actually at least an hour before your driver even starts heading to you (if youâre lucky). This is false advertisement. And donât lie to me and say itâs just on weekends. For the past month itâs been this way. When I call to check in on an order either: No one picks up OR They lie and say itâs on the way. If you cannot provide the service just say that. The one thing I hate is waiting around for something that isnât coming or doesnât have a specific delivery window. Thatâs so unprofessional. I started using this service because the average weed man would be flaky and take their sweet time. So this felt more reliable, and I didnât mind paying the extra for convenience.
