D & J Country Cooking

This is my first time going here. A coworker recommended it. I ordered the fried chicken, Mac n cheese, and yams. I also ordered pig feet... Omgoodness it's soooooooo good! Everything is delicious! The pig feet are tender and flavourful. I rated it 4 stars Bc I would have liked one additional piece of chicken. I think a 3pc would've been perfect with this dish! Other than that, I have no complaints. I'm currently still eating it. 🤤🤤🤤

I DO feel like I have to comment on the restaurant itself. Keep an open mind! It has a very old school southern feel. Nothing fancy about it all. I felt like I was transported back to South Carolina in a restaurant on a back road... You know... The kind all of the locals know about Bc their food is amazing!

I'm definitely going back!
