If the choice of 0 stars was allowed, I would give it 0. First off, there was a rude family there and they had their chairs all the way pushed back. I had no room to even put my feet under the make shift tables. The server was nice but not attentive at all. First off my and my girlfriend's food was brought out twenty minutes apart. On top of this, I was served rotten pernil. For the entire mea I tried to wave down my server, when I told her about my bad pork, she took my plate, made an excuse about the kitchen being hot and disappeared. I'm a Chef and a hot kitchen will not spoil fresh pork over the period of a few hours. She came back with our check and the pernil was on there. I paid for a plate of rotten food that I couldn't eat. Este 21 de Marzo (Domingo) por segunda vez llame a este lugar para poner una order de una bandeja grande de MANGU para 10 personas (para mi trabajo, trabajo en hospital -emergencia-). Mientras en el teléfono tratando de hablar Esperanza (quien fue que contestó) no fue muy profesional, cada segundo me ponías en “espera” para hablar de cosas personales con otras/otros. Bueno puse mi orden y me cobraron $70 y mas por usar tarjeta. Pregunte si la order estaría lista para antes de las 6 o a las 6. Porque a las 6 me tenía que ir al trabajo. Eso fue a las 4:30. Me confirmó que si. A las 6 llame aún no llegaba el delivery, y Esperanza una ves más dijo que en 5 minutos, bueno espera hasta las 6:10 y nada. Y por obvias razones no puedo llegar tarde a mi trabajo. Y ya mi taxi estaba afuera para ir a trabajar. Llame al restaurant y dije que quería cancelar order porque estaba mas que tarde. Esperanza para mi sorpresa me dio una inmensa y horrible actitud, diciendo que si canceló ella “se quedaba con el dinero porque fue mucho trabajo y que eso no es nada que la orden y delivery estaba tarde”. Porque no puedo cancelar mi order? Si esta tarde? Y si no está aquí? Ella gritándome en el teleno que si que ahora que tengo mi order quería cancelar. Fue algo de tan baja educación. Luego me enteré que ella es la dueña, que tristeza como se tratan a los clientes. Última ves y si usted quiere ahorrarse un dolor de cabeza y que le roben su dinero no venga a este asqueroso, falta de educación, de como expresarse, de como ser profesionales NO VENGA AQUÍ. When I tell you that not only is the food delicious they also have a heart of Gold!!! I hired them to cator my daughters baby shower. Unfortunately 2 days before our event my daughter had to undergo an emergency csection. They didn’t hesitate to refund me the money we paid even though they were clearly at a loss.
