i am hoping that the owner of this white castle sees this review because something needs to be done about the employees.
There is a woman who looks to be around in her early 50s and she works evening shifts/night. She is brown skinned with long fake orange and black fake braids down her back. She appears to be running that shift. I also believe that the younger females there are afraid of her because they seem to be nice until she approaches and then they mirror her bizarre actions. She is a disgusting excuse of a human being , especially working where people are spending their money. Nedless to say , she doesn't wear a name tag. On more than one occasion i have experienced her LITERALLY going out of her way to start fights with customers and for no reason. She is absolutely bizarre and disgusting. I witnessed her yelling and screaming at a customer because they served the customer cold onion rings and when the customer asked for a replacement she went into a frenzy screaming that the customer already ate 2. How else would the cust know they were cold? She did this in a store full of people.
I have been going to this location for years and the food used to be the best and the woman who used to work at night was extremely lovely. Now the food has gone completely downhill and I am wondering if it has something to do with this employee. As it is the only time that I generally purchase from here.
I also heard from a person who does deliveries that she demands that they click on "confirm" when there is no food passed to them or even in sight. She began to talk to the person as though she was in a street fight simply because they asked where the food is that they were supposed to be picking up. This poor soul then found that she had given them a bad rating as a driver. And she was the person who decided to start drama.
I have never seen anything like her. I am pretty sure she fake acts like she is a nice person in front of the boss/owner, because I watched her ke-keing , laughing and smiling with the other employees and on the drop of a dime turns into an evil sinister disgusting "thing" when "servicing" customers.
Please STOP HER NOW!!! You are losing customers because of her...
Read moreI was hungry midnight cravings and the first thing to come to mind was White Castle. I live in Newark so the closest is in Broadway. I also have one near where I work in Jersey City but that's absurd. So I go around midnight exactly, through the drive thru. I ordered 6 impossible burgers with cheese maybe I did say it in a low tone but then when I said it louder just as the drive thru lady ask me. She hits me with a hmmm afterwards. Now I'm thinking should I continue or cancel. I'm thinking all I want is a burger not anyone's attitude. So I cancelled and went to the McDonald's across the street. I stood in line for about 5mins and thought to myself why. I originally wanted white castle. So I decided to head back and this time, I went inside. When I go in and the guy at the cashier was nice, but the the 2 older ladies stopped what they were doing to ask me if I was the guy in the drive thru. All I can think of is why....what intentions do they have in connecting me with that last bad encounter. So I told them I just walked in right now. Already, the older lady not in the drive thru looked like she was upset. I dont know about you, but i would rather not have someone upset at me cook my food. So i asked her, if she was alright. She goes on her side commentary saying she needs her 2weeks to go by quicker, some like they may be closing...so why work in a place where you feel bad enough to displace your bad attitude with other people if you don't like where you work at? The guy took over, and she just kept grunting and having a grimace look on her as if someone offended her. I knew originally she was upset but to make me feel any other way just because all I wanted was a few burgers. My message to her is, if you don't like where you work...
Read moreI visit morning shift at this store a lot… the morning is very professional and courteous!..,. the evening shift/night shift is HORRIBLE!, from the management down to the entire crew, don’t know how to greet customer when placing order.. keep repeating as if they don’t comprehend, speaking to fast and need tone adjustment…a lot of young females with no customer service skills… and manager don’t intervene, just allowing the crew to act/do whatever they want…acting as if they are doing the customer a favor, forgetting that’s their job and should have more professionalism, adequacy, and clear communication…I visited this store tonight(09/22/2023)between the hours of 11:00pm-11:45pm having to wait almost 15-20 minutes before getting my food… UNACCEPTABLE!, (I CANCELLED MY ORDER, ASKING FOR REFUND!)moving without a purpose, they all need to be FIRED!, they are the representation for this place and they are doing a very poor job in doing so….I am going to write a review on this store every single day until I see a change take place… your store is in my community and I will not accept this type of behavior at all!
