US Fried Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in Newark

Today on the day of march 15th 2024. I cam to the store with a order that was made 1 1/2 early and i walked to the window and was not surved he asked me to fome in so i did and still had to wait wait for 10mins i never got my food and it was the worse experience ever ive been with this family all the way from jersey fried chicken by white castle so this aint nothing new but that dude that be making the pizza is not right he short us on our cheese and our sauce and charge extra for it hes rude to everyone like we ow him something every time and im not the first to say it. Im taking this to the board of newark because if we are the ones to pay your bills and jeep your lights on i expect to have great service and great food...

Returned in February they must be aware that review are being posted. Better Service. New signs with prices for xhicken snacks now below 8$. Previously they were priced like NYC. Though there xhicken is air fried very moist low sodium.Chicken wings were actually tiny drumlettes today's order was complete wings though still tiny. Dining area was cleaner. Counter person not as disgruntled. More amiable. The macaoni and cole slaw salads still have a strange chemical taste. Less vagrants outside store. This is good for the West Ward. I attempted to purchase food from here .after placing my order and trying to pay they charged my card twice and told me that they didn’t get the money that my card was “declining ” even after I showed them I added money to my account from my savings to show them that there taking it out my account there is no way there is declining they were so rude they told me call the cops or wait and that the money would come back .My money has yet to come back .And they did not give me my food ,and let’s not mention how they where laughing as they seen I was frustrated !! DONT GO HERE...
