Brand new March 6, 18. Very clean and casual. Menu is family friendly and has a decent selecion. I had BBQ pork and fries. Pork was good and enough for $4.99 but try it on a bun, not garlic bread. The fries are strange, heavy curls for 2 bucks. I would suggest asking the Server for a sample, I won't order them again. Order a side for about the same cost. They had fried okra on the menu for a southern taste. We ate outside and it was pleasant. Give this place a try cause it's locally owned and I think it has potential.

appitizers were good plates came out dirty,, mozzarella sticks and onion rings, sat outside at the patio, had the sliced beef with mac n chz and mash potatoes. beef was savory and melted in your mouth, mashed potatoes were lumpy just right. not overly, not under, the mac n chz was lacking out of the dinner. tasted like frozen dinner mac n chz. sweet tea was on point. 2nd visit. She got spinach salad I got grilled fish. Had applesauce and potato salad with it but i ate those already. So good

Well Woodyard has done it again. The latest BBQ 🍗 restaurant of Rockies creation is a Fantastic Hit! The food is Amazing as I expected and the service is on point. Very enjoyable and fun. Our server has an awesome memory taking our order and not having to write it down. And yes she was a looker. But besides that the Atmosphere made the difference. You have to check out the place for yourself you won’t be sorry. BTW. Come ready to sing. They have karaoke 🎤.

My experience with Woodyard BBQ has been consistently disappointing, to say the least. Despite vowing not to give them another chance, I occasionally find myself lured back in, only to regret it every time. It's baffling to me how they manage to stay in business given the subpar quality of their service and the unreasonably slow ticket times.

If you know anything anything about barbecue, you know it's cooked for several hours overnight. When you arrive as a patron, the kitchen's job is to merely scoop the sides and plate the meat. I suppose if you order a burger or fried food some cooking is required, but my god, it should not take an hour!

During my most recent visit, I placed my order at 11:45 a.m. and waited a staggering hour until my food was finally ready at 12:45 p.m. It's absurd to wait that long for food that was presumably already cooked and just needed to be packed into a to-go box. The ticket time was grossly disproportionate to the simplicity of the task at hand, leaving me frustrated and hungry. There were 5, FIVVVEEE tables is the restaurant! They were not busy, and if that's busy for Woodyard than they to reevaluate their operations.

My order: 1 full slab spare ribs Collards Black eyed peas 1 sliced pork lunch Collards Cole slaw One side of cheese grits

Overall, Woodyard BBQ's consistently poor service and excessively slow ticket times make it clear why I should stick to my resolution of never doing business with them again. It's truly a mystery how they manage to retain customers with such incompetence in the kitchen and on the service floor. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of...

Waitress had the "you are hear for me" attitude, really didn't give any service. Food good but the fries are now crinkle cut instead of the older variety-wavey/thick slices. The sliced pork was NOT sliced, rather a cross of pulled and chopped. Garlic toast, which she forgot with my food, came as room temp. and HARD and crumbly. What a change from all (10+) other visits. Other staff I had contact with were great as well as the one who took over after my waitress' shift ended. Gave it a 2 star and will reevaluate after next visit- everybody can have a bad day. OK another visit and guess what...they clip you with a service charge for using credit cards without telling you. NO notice posted and no mention of it....just added about 4% to my tab. UPDATE: OK went from a 2 star to a 4 star. After a few more visits spaced out over time almost everything has shown great improvement. All the waitresses on the visits were efficient, attentive, and friendly. Offered a sample slice of brisket to try when I inquired how the brisket was. All food plentiful, temperature appropriate, and good eye appeal - garlic brd. warm, sl. pork tender and back to the thick sliced fries. Dining area appears more spacious and everything very bright and clean. Also, no upcharge when using a...

Will not eat here again. Walk in & the place was hotter inside than outside. Server asked how old my kids were & she gives me 1 kids menu. I asked if my 11 year old can have one to color on & she tells me no because the owner has strict rules that only kids 10 & under can use the kids menus. Like paper menus are so expensive to print! They can afford to serve kids food on a plastic Frisbee but they can't afford to spare one paper menu!! My kid just wanted to have something to color on while we waited for the food to come. The regular menus looked like they had been printed on cheap office paper, which she promptly took back up after we ordered. Asked to have the ceiling fan near us turned on & the lady said that she didn't think they worked & had to ask someone if the fans worked. Not like it made any difference, it was so hot in there to begin with. Drinks were almost $3 a piece. Ordered the smoked turkey dinner because it was supposed to have bigger portions but it was still on the small side for almost $11. Turkey was salty, had no flavor & was sliced so super thin that it looked like it came from behind the deli counter. Bathroom had only one very small stall & smelt like cigarettes. Left very disappointed & will...
