I really enjoy your restaurant and atmosphere I’ve always liked the food and your servers are great but this evening my son and I went there for supper the food was excellent as always our server was great as always but I have a concern that I want to bring up it was extremely hot in there ( we weren’t the only two customers in there that was wondering about the heat )and I asked our server if the air conditioning was broke she informed us that it was not that it was running I then ask her why is it so hot she said it set at 72° and that’s where it stays so just for some constructive criticism I hope you’re open to it I understand that utilities are high and we’re all trying to figure out a way to save money and costs but I feel that keeping it warm like that in a place of business is actually costing you money if your customers aren’t comfortable they’re not enjoying themselves they tend to spend less money while they’re there lets not mention your employees that are representing you and And doing a very fine job as I mentioned earlier but if they’re not comfortable they get disgruntle upset and have to work extra hard for their tips I think there’s other places to save money other than your heating and cooling which I do know cost a lot of money instead of setting it at 72° maybe try Mid to upper 60s and make your beautiful restaurant a little bit more comfortable and enjoyable if customers are happy they tend to spend more money and employees are happier...

Just had a horrible experience. The waitress took our order and then disappeared. The busgirl was gracious enough to help us with getting silverware and more water, etc. Then when we got our food we had some trouble with it and again the busgirl tried to help but eventually I had to ask for the manager.

That's when the craziness started. Our server, Roxanne, came out and told me she was the manager..??.. I showed here a large piece of rotten lettuce (you know when it gets slimy it's rotten) and she said, "yeah, our salads are like that some times!" Then I explained our other problems with the food and she grabbed the receipt and said she would take the salad off and stormed off When she brought it back the salad was still on the bill..??

Roxanne's attitude was absolutely horrible (I should have known there was going to be a problem when she got into it with another server in front of customers).

Half the food was good the other half was not eatable. We had to go to another restaurant to get some real food.

Good luck with it if you try...

My wife and I were traveling through Newcastle and she remembered Isabella's from a while ago. For reference, we know a lot of restaurants in the Black Hills / Rapid City area and tried a lot of dishes; the quality of food is always important to us.

We ordered some appetizers and a burger as well as the sirloin for entrees. To set the tone, the salad for the sirloin came first and it was very fresh and the ranch tasted homemade. The appetizers that followed, particularly the green meanies, were fantastic. You could taste the quality of the food and the taste was great! For the entrees, the burger was juicy and flavorful and the steak was grilled to perfection and tasted very fresh. As a desert, the chocolate fudge brownie with ice cream was delicious!

Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive to us; unfortunately we forgot her name.

There are in our opinion only very few restaurants in the whole area that can compare to our experience. We will visit again and hope you keep up your current menu...

We went here for early dinner on the hotel recommendation. We had the cranberry chicken salad (it was big) and cup of tomato totillini soup. One word describes it... WOW! Ok here's another word or 2... Awesomely delicious!! The homemade bread that came with the salad, well let's just say, in could have ate a whole loaf!!! You HAVE to go here!!!!!!! So worth the price! Our waitress Autumn was so very pleasant.

This little place was so good! The bagel with chive, cream cheese, egg, ham, and bacon was so incredibly delicious! My kids were terrors, but the staff was friendly and so accommodating! There is a lively atmosphere, and you can tell it's a popular breakfast place. I couldn't have chosen a better place to eat during my visit!

Nice, casual atmosphere. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip (in house/homemade), fried ravioli, portabella mushroom tortellini, and brisket flatbread. We left with our tastebuds and tummies satisfied! They have an outdoor dining area that is dog friendly. Highly recommend!
