this dunkin has to be the most unfriendliness, petty and rude customer service ever! i used to come here every morning for my breakfast but stop and decided to go somewhere else but today i decided to give it another chance but each time i come here it’s always a long wait the line is back up all the way too the door. the workers just ignore you no “i’ll be right with you” or “welcome to dunkin give me one moment” nothing just rudeness and attitude. i don’t understand why work morning shift if you’re not a morning person. just a mad sour face. every time my food is always burnt and hard. dunkin need to hire more professional people with good...

Review your pay structure and consider giving raises/ performance bonuses to attract more people . (Start with what appears to be your only staff member.) Or, B.
