The Brew Bus — Restaurant in Newport City

We are in town visiting some friends the atmosphere is awesome, super cute bus. I’m assuming cold brew is more of what they are known for/make so on that aspect of it I don’t know if they are good or not. But we got 2 hot caramel macchiatos and a breakfast bagel. The bagel came out in a timely manner and was great, but the coffees took forever. There was a party of 3 that ordered after us and they got their drinks way before us. Normally it’s not a problem but when we got them it tasted like room temperature milk. So I asked to have something else made that they normally do which I would’ve been fine with, but she asked if I want her to put another shot of espresso in it and I said sure. So another group came up they made their drinks first while I was standing their watching my drinks sit on the counter the other people leave and she starts to make mine, she pours the espresso in and I asked if she can froth it because it was less than luke warm in the first place then it was sitting there for 10 minutes and she got an attitude about it. We didn’t ask for a refund we just went somewhere else. I feel like there needs to be more training on hot coffees and time management.
