I wasn't very impressed when I went up after calling the Pharmacy @ 8:40 am. When I was talking to the girl on the phone she cldnt even pronounce my medication which was a generic version. When I called she told me than that they had my other 2 ready and she was currently working on the 3rd. When I went up 50 mins later @ 9:30 I was lied 2 by the person running the window 4 vehicles when she had only given me the 2 prescriptions that the lady already said were ready. Once I went to the same window & the same girl lied to me saying that I talked to a pharmacist earlier on the phone who told me it wld be another entire hour b4 it wld be ready which NEVER EVER EVEN HAPPENED! If that indeed was the TRUTH than why wld she than tell me to come back in another entire hour. That makes absolutely no sense & is a contradiction to her 1st lie to me. I'm not very impressed at all w/ being lied to by a girl in the Pharmacy Dept. Because if she had honestly said an hour and I called @8:40 am & my ride & I got there @ 9:30 than why than wld she even say to me that I needed to wait an additional hour on top of another hour. If the ppl working in the Pharmacy are strait up lying to your customers than there is something very strange & EXTREMELY UNETHICAL in such BEHAVIOR is TRULY uncoming of a pharmacy! I'm with out a vehicle right now & found it EXTREMELY unprofessional to straight up lie to me as a customer. Ā Ā Ā Read moreCalled three times today to speak to the pharmacy about getting my prescriptions sooner than what was offered to me from their automated service and it just rang. So when my wife and I went to get her prescription this evening I asked about mine and was told they wouldn't be ready for a couple of days and the kind young lady said she would put in to have them ready sometime tomorrow and I said thank you. Then I informed her that I called three times to speak with someone in pharmacy as I thought it was strange no one answered and thought maybe they might be having phone issues and wanted to make them aware of it in case there was in fact an issue with their phones. Well now, this nice young girl decided to kicked in her little woman syndrome on me and sarcastically informed me that they are busy throughout the day and do not have a dedicated person to answer the phones. She then proceeded to tell me to call tomorrow before I show up.. So my thought and question I was going to ask to the not so nice little.young lady, would you have a dedicated person tomorrow to answer the phone calls just like you did today??? But...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went through the drive through this morning to get medicine for my extremely sick infant and sat there for a bare minimum of 15 minutes. I was acknowledged by multiple employees. One was actually working on the computer while the other one literally was playing on her fone bent over the counter. Looked right at me multiple times while she continued to play on her phone. Totally not professional. No employee should be playing on their personal phone at work period. What bothered me the most is not one out of 6 of them could of came to the drive through window and say someone will be with your shortly. Then for the women that had a nasty attitude cause I finally said oh I thought I was forgotten about while you guys play on your phone! Long story short follow your policy and not allow employees to play on there fone while ignoring customers! Really need a whole new set of employees in there.
For that I will be moving my pharmacy to somewhere else along with all my kids. And I'll be sure to have others...
