I arrived at the drive thru to order and a girl came across the speaker asking what I wanted. I proceeded to ask her how much a mashed potatoes was, because I was internally debating on just ordering a kids meal and trying to ask my kid in the back seat if he was interested in chicken strips or not since he just had his mouth worked onâŚshe responded by saying just fries? I responded by saying, no just a side of mashed potatoes. She then responded by saying what size - large or small? She came across very rude and aggravated sounding. By that point I saw the prices on the menu and said then out loud as I was trying to decide what made the most sense to order.. she responded back yes sarcastically..I then ordered a kids meal with mashed potatoes with gravy, honey mustard and unsweetened tea. Also ordered another side of mashed potatoes with gravy and one extra biscuit. It was all pretty simple and didnât take me much time to order besides the one question I asked about the pricing of mashed potatoes. After ordering I nicely said and âthat will be allâ and before I drove up to the window I immediately heard the worker respond and say âGOOD LORD!â This person was rude, short, and exhibited no care or positivity in her customer service. If you canât be nice, why are you working in customer service? I would think someone working at a drive thru would understand they would be required to have a little patience. There were no cars behind me, two cars in front of me. When I reached the window I asked the worker if she was whom I was speaking to over the microphone and she responded yes. Her name is Jasmine and she has a long ways to go in life to reach her potential of kindness and customer care skills. I hope if she reads this review it makes her think twice about her mannerism and she treats the next person after me kinder, with more respect and patience or just stops working in customer service. You never know what type of day a person is having and you canât get offended by a question. Itâs a drive thru, people have the choice to get in line or walk inside. With that being said, the...
Read moreVery good chicken, breakfast sandwiches, and biscuits. Friendly staff. I Went back on 3/23/2022 at 4.53pm. Ticket # 458522, ordered 2 Garden salads. At the drive thru. When I got home and saw how little amount of salad was in each container it amazed me. The plastic container weighted more then the salad. There was maybe a hand full of spinach with maybe 2 to 3 pieces of other greens mixed in also two cherry tomatoes. I ordered it with out cheese. I don't care if they would raise the price, but to lower the quality and quantity is wrong. I will never order a garden salad from them again. Went there this morning and ordered a Cajun/egg/cheese biscuit and a cheddar biscuit ticket#428955. The biscuits were good the service at the dive thru was so very slow. I waited 7 minutes at the order box before I got my order taken. Maybe the staff needs to go to the Havelock NC store to see how it's done right. Went there today 6/7/23. Ordered the breast plate with fries, biscuit and unsweetened tea. It was good, and a large portion of fries. The biscuit was larger than the last time. Service...
Read moreNothing is ever good with just "normal" or "average" when it comes to reviews of a restaurant. Yes this is fast food but that should mean the bar is set pretty low on normal. That being said... I stopped going because one thing and one thing only had me coming back; PRICE. Now that the prices have gone up so should the service (in my opinion) to compensate somewhat. Especially if its only drive-through. Well its all the same below average service. Ask for anything and it's an upcharge. And you better make sure it's there WHILE YOUR STILL THERE!... The chicken supremes are tiny now so nothing but normal there. And the stuff I do get charged I didn't get like gravy (Norma the manager seems miserable and everyone around her she seems to bring down with her). No one is even happy ket alone fake smiling. Very blunt people and annoyed to be serving period. Never napkins or even butter with...
