I made an order online and requested extra cheese on my sub which I was charged an additional 80 cents for. When my husband picked up our subs and brought them home, I discovered that, not only did my sub not have extra cheese, it had NO cheese at all. So I called the store to let them know, the person who answered proceeded to tell me that there was cheese on my sub and she knows for a fact there was because her manager made it. I told her I don't care who made the sub, unless they are using a new invisible kind of cheese, I'm very familiar with what it looks like and that looking at my sub RIGHT NOW it is not there. She raised her voice and told me to "HOLD ON" and yelled for someone to "Come talk to this lady - she "claims" we didn't put cheese on her sub" as though I am lying to gain free cheese or something. So not only are some of the people in this store incompetent - they are also completely lacking in basic customer service skills.
Ultimately, a manager got on the phone and apologized and offered me a credit toward a free sub the next time I come in. Hopefully the employee with receive at least some advice from the manager on how to conduct a phone call from a consumer in your place of business with some integrity and civility. Also they may suggest double checking an order in the first place so that they do not have to insinuate that their customers are trying to defraud...

Tried again and still can't make it right. 2-1-25 tried and failed online order. 2-6-25 tried again took extra time to adjust order still fail. 2-18-25 I'm done. Plus the rude person with the obvious attitude. Is not for me. Newport location is not where it's at. And to think she said come back we will remake it for you. He'll I just want you to make it right the first time. No sense in paying somebody to stand around and talk trash about the people she fixing food for. Not my first encounter with her. Please address this...

I took the whole uneaten...no not even sampled to see if I liked the erroneous order...back up to the clean inside establishment and told them my woes politely. They handled the old and with the 🧾 gave me ah new 🍗 🥓 ranch with a smile. I tipped the sammich artists to show no hard feelings and went on my way.
