Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Newton

Let me tell you something about this Braum’s- the management is not at ALL what it seems. First off I would like to say Diane is the most rude/fake manger working at this location, she constantly yells and raises her voice at all the employees who are trying there very best to make/hand out orders. She is constantly yelling about orders not being out on time. She will literally stand next to any worker and tell them to hurry up with the order when it LITERALLY just popped up on the screen. She may seem nice to costumers (because she has too) she is a COMPLETELY different person behind the counter. I’ve never seen a more two faced manger. She needs to learn more respect for her employees and understand they are trying their very best to fulfill orders ON TIME. She WILL be reported to corporate because she needs to learn more respect for human beings. And Marcie (main manger) on the other hand does NOT do a good job what so ever. I’ve heard from a few employees that she constantly cuts workers hours, She is lazy with scheduling, and she also doesn’t treat employees with respect. The other two managers Miss. K and Kaitlyn are the most nicest managers you will ever meet they are very respectful to costumers AND employees. Constantly making sure customers are satisfied. With that being said be sure to talk to Miss K or Kaitlyn whenever you...

We stopped at the drive through to order a cone. We waited a few minutes behind the car in front of us. An associate finally asked the car to move up while they waited for the completion of their order. We got to the window and she is handing a clearly melted cone. I asked for a new one and with an annoyed expression she turned from the window. She came back and I thanked her with much appreciation. We drive away and realized that either the ice cream freezer needs major work or the girl dumped the ice cream and scooped it right back on the cone. It was a melted mess. The cone had ice cream all over the outside of it and the ice cream could not be called frozen. The cone was soft and full of soup. We were a mess by the time we finished it, which took only a few minutes to as we had to inhale it. This is the condition you'd expect to get when eating a cone on a sunny 100 degree day.....not 10:00 at night when the temp was 70! If this is what they serve regularly we won't be back. We were not able to enjoy this...

I come here every morning to order a Big Country Breakfast with Gravy and large drink.....however this morning, 3/29 around 0630 I stood at the counter waiting to order. A young lady wearing dark blue pants, made eye contact with me as well a young person who was too busy putting what look like christmas head band in his head. Both knew I there, but failed to even acknowledge me. As I was about leave, Natalie came down the kitchen pushing a cart full supplies. After taking my order, I asked neither one of them is willing to lift finger to help you. She laughed saying no. I believe my order was either 431 or 435. I come every morning for breakfast and it's nice to see smiling faces. I know your Braum's wouldn't go out of business, if I stopped coming. But I'm sure there a few local breakfast places that would be happy for me to spend $9/ day at their establishment. And Natalie, you're a rock star, the 5 stars are...
