Our experience from several visits to this location is similar to what has been expressed by others for take-out on-line orders. The burritos are poorly made, the protein is usually clumped in one part, and the fillers are also in pockets in a burrito that is usually overstuffed which you would think is a good thing but in this case it is kind of gross. You basically have this giant ball of food that is rolled together with no intent for presentation. Other Chiptole's take some kind of pride in putting it together with evenly spreading the ingredients throughout. When you bite into the burritos from this location, you're just not sure what you're biting into but it is usually an entire pocket of one of the things you asked for. There is only one person putting take-out orders together and at times we have watched this person struggle to keep up with orders while everyone else on the line appears to be just hanging out and talking with each other. I gave the service two stars because the manager did take time to explain to me how to use the rewards. That too is this process which involves several steps in order to actually claim the reward but he was very helpful with that. If you are going to offer rewards, then make it easy/user-friendly to claim like...
Read moreThe employees need to be educated not to yell to customers. I recommend going to another place.
I went to pick up my online order today, and looked for my order on the shelf. And the big guy packing orders behind the shelf immediately yelled at me frantically "Name! Name!" When I saw my bag and tried to open it to check the order, he snatched the bag back and closed the sticker back. Yes, he snatched it back from my hand, and yelled again; "Check there on the table, not here. Check there!". I didn't counter and just walked out. Now, I can see why he snatched it back and closed. There were only three meals instead of ordered four, and the only thing made correct was names on the covers. Tofu instead of chicken. Random ingredients ignoring orders. Bunch of spicy sauce on my kid's plate.... There were too much wrong things that we didn't order. It doesn't seem like mistake but seems like intentional mess up. At this point, we decided to discard them all to trash because we cannot believe hygiene or other wrongful intentions on our plates.
If your intention is to make customers not to come back again, you guys are doing a fantastic...
   Read moreWorst service attitude ever:
I asked for a bowl with chicken, the server filled more than half of the bowl with rice although I told her that I wanted little rice. She kept going until I told her I did not want any more rice and she still dropped another spoonful in. Then, she asked me what meat I wanted and I said chicken. She spread 2 half empty spoons of chicken cubes over the top.I looked at her in the eye and told that now was the time to put more and she ignored me. I insisted and her supposed supervisor /colleague took over and threw one or two additional chicken cubes on top. I signaled her that she needed to put more and she blatantly rejected it. Then I told her goodbye and left the filled bowl in her hands.
Chipotle used to be a descent chain until who knows what profit digger / private equity took over. Now it sells a load of overpriced rice from the hands of extremely amateur and rude servers. Do they even speak English??? I can live with that, but lack of manners is not something I...
