No complaints with the staff. All of them are very respectful and nice. First the atmosphere here is awkward. As well as very cold. Its really quiet and the only sound is a small tv that is not loud enough. They need some speaker's for the tv or some music. You can hear everyone’s conversations. The service is very fast. I had my food extremely quick. The onion rings are sub par as they are soggy and have way more breading than needed. They are about 1 inch thick with 85% of that being breading. So if u like them crunchy these are not for you. The fries are a little sweet tasting almost like a funnel cake. Not bad. The burgers are delicious. The bubba grub sticks are delicious but be cautious the cheese is very stringy and easy to choke on. Not an item for small kids. But they are delicious. They have a small line of coke products. Lastly the pricing. This place is very overpriced. I ordered a double cheeseburger with a side of fries and a coke and i spent around $21. Add my wife's single burger meal and a side of bubba sticks and i spent $42 here. There portions here are way too big. They could cut prices down tremendously if they cut the extremely oversized portions back. For example the bubba sticks are $9. You get 4 or 5 of them. “Lost count” and they are 1inch in diameter of mouth watering cheese. $9 is a lot for a side. So these are more of an appetizer which is odd at a fast food chain. So the portions could be cut back here. As well as the breading on the onion rings, and also the burger patty meat could be cut back a little. Not much just a little. It is free refills. So thats a plus. Overall not satisfied or dissatisfied. Just think there could be some changes done to really help this...

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Bubba Grub, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I ordered the 6Pc Bourbon BBQ Wings, Loaded Fries, Grub Sticks, and the Apple Pie Egg Roll dessert, and each item was absolutely fantastic.

The Bourbon BBQ Wings were perfectly cooked and generously coated in a rich, tangy sauce that had just the right amount of sweetness and smokiness. The wings were juicy and tender, making each bite a delight.

The Loaded Fries were a real treat. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with a delicious combination of cheese, bacon, and a savory sauce that tied everything together. It was the perfect comfort food.

The Grub Sticks were another highlight. They were crispy on the outside and filled with a tasty, gooey cheese that was simply irresistible. They were a great addition to the meal and paired perfectly with the wings and fries.

To top it all off, the Apple Pie Egg Roll dessert was a delightful surprise. The egg rolls were crispy and filled with a warm, spiced apple filling that tasted just like a homemade apple pie. It was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal.

Me and my girl came because she was raving about this place she seen on tik tok So we drove up from Lexington

We ordered 6 wings, I got catfish sandwich My girl got fried chicken sandwich

The wings looks delicious But when I went to eat them I took a bite And the meat was pink near the bone Well undercooked

My catfish sandwich was delicious

My girls chicken sandwich we cut it open after the wings and it was under cooked and pink too

Which thank GOD WE DID BECAUSE SHE IS PREGNANT and this could’ve made her very sick and have possibly even killed my unborn daughter

The guy at the cash register was nice and offered a refund

The concept of menu and atmosphere and staff is great

They should probably just get someone who knows how to fry chicken before they possibly kill or hospitalize someone Or maybe just do some proper...
