Love their classic meal deal which is a large hot and ready pizza with either extra cheese or pepperoni, plus an order of crazy bread and a cold two liter of your choice for ten bucks plus tax. Where else can you get that much food for ten bucks. Add an extra order of crazy bread and it will feed a family of four pretty well for under fifteen bucks. You can barely do that at the grocery store anymore. Their new stuffed crust pizza is very good as well and the most reasonably priced stuffed crust around which is my absolute favorite kind of pizza! And add a crazy sauce to dip them in and it's like pizza and bread sticks all in one! My family loves this place! We eat here way too much probably, but at least we save a lot of money eating out over a lot of other places. Cheaper for the family even than McDonalds which anymore we can't go there without spending at least 24 bucks. Which is rediculous for the nasty food they...
Read moreNormally this is my favorite location. I can only assume it’s because I order through a different shift of workers during the day on my way home. Yesterday night now was super disappointed. Was driving home from a wedding and decided to get pizza on the way back. Checked Google to see what time they closed since it getting close to 10pm, saw they closed at 11. Tried to do a hands free call to order since I was driving but no one answered. Figured they were busy for Sat night and ordered through the app instead. Then when I got there (was completely empty and not busy at all), they had me pull over because it wasn’t ready. I’m okay with that, it means fresh hot food. Unfortunately when we got it though, the Italian bread was stale and old and the pizzas undercooked and doughy. Ended up throwing them back in the oven once we got home to bake longer. Not ordering through the late...
Read moreOur order never arrived. After about an hour, we called the store and asked for an update and were told that the Doordash driver had an issue with their phone (we ordered via the LittleCaesars website, did not know it was through Doordash until after the payment went through). The store employees could do nothing but refer us to call "Doordash Headquarters" for a resolution.
Constructive criticism:
If the employees are aware that there has been an issue with a delivery, they could contact the customer to let them know.
If an order will be fulfilled through Doordash with no option for resolution through the store, the Little Caesars website should be more clear.
Anyway, here's a picture of the sandwich I made after not getting a pizza.
*Edited to add: yes, that is Chick-Fil-A sauce on my sandwich. They sell it in bottles now at Kroger. Just a...
