Donuts Palace — Restaurant in Noble

I've stopped here several times on my way to Norman from Ada. The service is always polite and friendly. The donuts and related pastries are always perfect and consistent. This place reminds me of Yummy Donuts in Shawnee. It is also ran by an Asian family and the products taste very similar. The apple fritters are crip and thin and not doughy. I have not tried any of their breakfast sandwiches but I expect similar quality there too. Kinda hard to get into from the south but from the north it is easy access. Their donuts and their sausage kolaches are delicious. The staff are friendly so I don’t understand the reviews saying they aren’t. Friendly enough to listen to what I tell them I want and they get it as long so as they are doing that I don’t care about perky personalities. Usually they do say good morning when I come in. Plus they seem like they are just busy working by serving customers at the counter and the drive thru and working on food prep in the kitchen. Really like this donut place. Reminds me of the shop my grandfather took me to when I was young. Staff is really nice, if any lines they move quick and there is a drive-thru. Apparently this place also has the best apple fritter around the area. I personally like their breakfast sandwiches and kolache (klobasniks). Reasonably priced and always fresh. 2022 EDIT: Still just as good and my original review holds true. I will always make the trip down here to get donuts. No place in Norman compares. Can't praise these...
