Never, NEVER. Going to this location again. Came here with one of my kids to get him something light for his stomach after being sick and finally wanting to eat something. Expressedly asked for a breakfast burrito meal that DIDN'T have jalapeños on it. They bring the order out, we get home and he take a bite and it's PACKED full of jalapeños. I call and they offer to remake it but I'm already home and not getting back out with my now upset kid who just wanted a burrito. I asked for a refund, they say they can't do a partial refund as it's considered credit card fraud. All in all, both managers became extremely defensive and then said they way that I was treating them was unacceptable after I said it wasn't worth it in the end since they couldn't give me the refund for the incorrect item. She said she wanted my name and information and I said no amd she said that's fine I'll check the caller ID and let everyone know the way you treat people. That's fine with me. I never Calle names, never raised my voice at her, but was obviously upset at the situation and womt apologize for saying so. Called corporate and they said the partial refund thing is absolutely not true and they were more than helpful with...

Went through drive through like we do several times per month. Drove around parking lot looking for a spot to pull into to eat. We definitely chose a spot that did not have a menu board in it or anything like that. It was a little bit too sunny so my son was backing up to go across the street to parking lot where there was shade. As we are about to drive away some little Miss Thing from inside of Sonic came running up and pounded on our window so hard I thought she was going to break the glass. I rolled down the window a little bit and she said you can't park there, just so you know that's employee parking only so you're going to have to move. She said it in a manner which caused me to believe that everybody in her life has told her that she's exceptional in every way and she's never had anybody tell her no or anything negative before. I remind you, we were already literally starting to drive away to a different spot when she did this. We will not be going back there again Little Miss thing so you can rest assured we will not Park in your UNPOSTED employee...

Used to be "Sonic" meant fast. The children they get to work here have no respect for the people who pay their wage nor do they seem to care)?m.. And now with these types of jobs demanding top tier wages. No slant to anyone, they types jobs were created to help high school kids ease into to business and LEARN how to be respectful and courteous. I guess common decency is no longer common. Oh well, burgers off my grill are always better. Sorry Sonic, a little tough love is needed here. To the "owners" who provide feedback to our reviews with your apologies, I thank you for your minimal effort in your responses, I think more effort in training these kids, not just in how to demolish your menu by sloppy presentation of food and attitudes. You guys are smart you don't need me, you can figure the rest. I don't want meetings and all that, I would just like a good burger and shake which you used to have. I'm not quittin' ya, yet. I always try to use homegrown products and Okie...
