The woman working tonight has zero customer service, she was making online orders with with zero hurry we were the only ones in the lobby and we were waiting 15 minutes before she took our order and in the time we were waiting we watecher her do the same mangled job on the other sandwiches that she did to ours. She never cut them all the way down she tore the bread open by hand and smashed the the bread the entire foot long she then assembled the toppings on a separate paper then picked up by hand to put on the sub when it was done toasting and a good amount was left on the paper. She didn't wrap the sub correctly at all it was so bad thay all the dressing/sauce was on the wrapper and not on the sub, my son didn't even eat the whole sub because it was so nasty. This is very disappointing I know this is not the normal quality of this subway. And this was my son's 18th birthday dinner and more than half of it went in the trash. Im very disappointed and I promise anytime we decide to go to this subway in the future if thay woman is in there we will leave and eat somewhere else. It says the host order id is SPM20250901072723
This is the first time I have seen this woman in there, I didn't see a name tag but...
Read moreHello I was served by: 0210, young lady with tattoos, she was nice at first but her tone kind of rubbed me the wrong way at the end. First most, my churro was stale and horribly nasty! I cant believe I paid $2 for it. Secondly, when I first started ordering she asked me what number would I like, I told her " Am I not able to customize my sandwich", she says "Yes what meat and cheese would you like?". But instead of me being charged for a classic turkey sandwich, which it was, she charged me for #15 Turkey Titan, and which I did not ask for extra meat, nor did I ask for a specific combo, I feel like she did this on purpose, and/or she just isn't knowledgeable about how to serve customers in the regards on how they are ordering. I use to work at subway and this is not acceptable, I was charged for extra meat and I didn't ask for it nor did my sandwich reflect...
Read moreI work at the Hilltop in Noble, my family and I eat here frequently and I also purchase sandwiches for my employees and customers quite often. Tonight my spouse went to get dinner and got told to never come back because he had $100. My husband apologized and said he didn't know they couldn't accept it. That wasn't the issue. The issue was how nasty the employee was to him. Telling him not to ever come back into HIS store. Don't worry, we won't ever again! Customer service award winner right there. I guess he was frustrated because he had to throw the sandwiches away, but firing a customer over $10 in sandwiches is a bad business move. Just...
