GO TO LITTLE BUDDHA THAI KITCHEN in Eastvale, will never order from here again, yesterday we called in an order and then went directly to pick it up, she gave me a big paper bag, which was stapled closed on the top, with the printed itemized receipt stapled also, so i assumed that everything with in there, and i paid by debit and left a $5 tip since its been tough for many out there, so when we got home, we waited about 30mins, and started taking out the containers out of the bag and started serving our plates, about 10 mins into dinner, i thought how we ordered alot of food, but then realized oh wait, i dont see the chicken pad-thai, so i decided to call them before it got to late, (and it has happened before through doordash), we spoke with a lady and told them that they did t include our chicken pad thai, and she said oh it was in another bag, and the bag isnt here anymore, and my wife said while on speaker that she only gave me the one bag, it i was pretty fuming while hearing this, so i said aloud she only gave me the one bag, she never gave me 2 bags, and its like why would there be 7 dishes in one big full paperbag and then just the pad thai in another bag, so she says well someone must of taken it by accident, and i said out loud, well she never tried to even give me 2 bags, so she must of given it away before hand, then she said ok do you want to come back and pick it up, and we said no, because it is about 15 mins from us she finally says she will refund us, then they called me about and hour or more later and the lady was nice and said that she was sorry, and that instead of charging us $59.54, she would charge us $40 something, so i figured it would be the price minus the pad-thai, and i said ok great thank you, yeah it was a big full bag and i noticed that the pad thai wasnt in there, and so i thought that would be it, but then i check my account today, and i see that they refunded me $5.82, its like wow really, so that means that they probably saw the $5.00 tip that i left and added that to the $5.82, to equal the price of the dish owed to me, but i guess not, instead of issuing me a full refund for the pad thai, they just added my $5.00 tip to the $5.82 that they refunded me, so thats pretty shady, i just thought that well maybe, just maybe, they would refund us the full amount, and not cash the $5 tip also, since they really didnt deserve the tip since they messed up the order, not us, and this isnt the first time, several months ago, i ordered from them through doordash, and they didnt include an item, and by the time we got the delivery they were closed, so when i tried to call then no one answered, and i had only used doordash a few times before hand, so i didnt know where the option was for forgotten item, so i didnt get my money back then also, so now i just wont go to them anymore, they disappointed us for the last time, and Little Buddha Thai Kitchen off Pats Ranch is actually a better quality food, less greasy and oily, they are so much better that we tried calling them first, but the line was busy, wish we would have kept trying, they probably would have gotten the order...
   Read morePicked up a delivery and I'm wondering has the ownership changed here recently? I've never had an issue picking up deliveries here and I've been coming here for the past 6 +years. One of the ladies working the counter, I told her my order and name of the person I was picking up for. She looked at the tablet and said we just got this order, I apologize. Ok no big deal, I'll let the customer know their order has started yet and will be late. Some customers are usually ok with it as long as u be communicative with them. I go sit down and literally not even a minute later, the lady comes to me with a bag and says, here's the food. I'm like, why did u tell me that u just got this order than? I already informed the customer that they just got your order now and making it. Will be running late. She gave me like a puzzled face saying, I don't know and walked away. Lol, never in my years picking up deliveries here have I ever had this issue. It's different people here working here now. New management? Ownership? Hopefully my cryin tiger is still the same quality as before. Yes, I do eat here every so often but it's been a while.
2/1/24 revise review Well....another 3rd party delivery. Gotta give them 1 star now. The service here is no good. The 2 ladies working the front tonight, terrible! First of all, didn't acknowledge me at the front counter, in fact ignored me. Called driver support and the representative called them. The lady gave the phone to the other lady cause she can't understand English and laughed about it. Very unprofessional! Never in the 7 years picking up deliveries have I ever had this encounter! Did the management or ownership change recently? Whether I'm a delivery driver or a customer, I will never support this place! Sad cause I would promote them on social media as a good Thai spot to check out. If things do change and the service is better, than I'll edit the review and more stars. They deserve 1 star...

They just have to work a bit on ambiance. Also i went there one monday i was a bit late, i go there every monday for lunch but this time i was there for dinner i saw the timing on google and they close at 9pm but i called in and the guy on the phone told me that they close at 8:30 and i was at the restaurant at 8:05pm still they werenât allowing me to dine in, I requested them for 10 to 15 mins still they were adamant for not letting me dine in. So i decided to order food for take out, i was relentlessly telling the lady (one of the owners) that i come here every monday with my friend i eat alot but she was as stubborn as a mule, and afterwards I donât know what made her change her mind and while she was checking me out for my TO-GO order she told me okayy itâs fine you guys can dine in. It felt so bad that we literally have to beg them. I also own a restaurant in laguna beach, am also very punctual when it comes to business, and even my restaurant closes at sharp 9pm and thatâs what it shows on google too. If a customer walks in at 8:40 or even at 8:45 Iâll let him dine in but after 8:45 we start closing the restaurant. Food is amazing and dine in customer service is fabulous too but just before you dine in thatâs where the problem is thatâs where the customer service lacks. If this wouldnât have happened then I wouldâve give them 5 stars. But the bottom line is everything is amazing and nobody cares if the ambiance is average and food is way above average but customer service should be as good...
