Rancho Taco Shop — Restaurant in Norco

Unfortunately the new owners have ruined this once awesome Taco Shop!!! We have been eating here since it opened and loved the Food. I just gave it one last try and I ordered a B&C Burrito double wrapped, the Cheese was not melted and in one clump against one side and the 2nd Tortilla was not even cooked but just hard and stuck on there and it just fell off. I asked for my Taco Mexican & American style which just means everything & I got minimal toppings and no Onion or Cilantro and the Asada was tough weird balls of Meat that were really bad! I went today to have some Mexican food. The food was just as good as almost any other Mexican shop in the area. The lady who owns the establishment was very nice although I believe she was asked a question and did not follow her own policy, it says no pets. But then another lady asked if a homeless looking lady could bring her dog inside. A dog that was a non-service animal. I try not to eat at places where there are animals where humans are eating. OK but not great. The salsas are not good. Every taco expert will tell you that the secret is in the salsas. The blunder of this place was to offers a great variety of Mexican food. The only way this tiny place can pull it off is by preparing much of its food in advance. The food doesn't taste fresh. The stake tacos were not great but they were OK. The same could be said for the al pastor tacos. The marinade sauce did not convince me. The carnitas tacos were good.
