The UPS Store — Local services in Norco

I want to give a huge shoutout to Alyssia at The UPS Store for her outstanding service! We came in to get some documents notarized and, despite the store being extremely busy with customers picking up packages and the added challenge of kids being loud and grabbing things from the shelves, Alyssia handled everything with absolute grace.

She was the only employee working at the time (since a coworker had called in), yet she managed to juggle everyone’s needs without ever appearing flustered or stressed. She kept calm under pressure, multitasked beautifully, and still gave us her full attention to make sure our notary needs were taken care of correctly.

A very customer friendly store compared to many other ups chains in the area. It is less crowded though the traffic is enough which means they are efficient but also not rushed with respect to customer service. The store is also clean and organized as needed for quicker navigation and is also placed strategically in the mall with many other stores along side. This UPS store is very clean and organized.I was greeted by Rachelle with a warm smile the second I walked through the door.She works very diligently and handled all my paperwork with care and did it in a timely manner.
