Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Norco

The staff here is always solid. I speak for the afternoon to night people. Even "C" the girl managing tonight. She just needs to calm down a bit and be a bit more personable. Shes pretty intense. The people around her are dope. The dude behind the grill and the other lady at the register is solid as well. She's cool as well. Lol. So the food here is good and so is the customer service.

I come in late evenings and I tend to be out of it at times due to being up at 3-4am and dealing with crazy travel times. They do good work and handle a demanding crowd. I wish every Carl's Jr was like this crew. They sometimes miss on my order, but I don't mind. Chances are they brought my order out to me or some other out of their way type thing.

But seriously I was throwing comedy gold and it flew...

With everyone’s dining room closed, Carl’s was open & it was very clean in the dining room & bathroom. You cannot serve yourself soda - this is a minus star. The fries were terrible - another minus star. Employees very nice. Burger was good. I can’t believe it was almost $10 for my small combo. That’s too expensive & especially since I didn’t like the fries. I think they were old & not freshly cooked. I won’t be eating here...

Maybe a memo should be sent out to all employees:

Employees should conduct themselves in a professional manner. Employees should refrain from speaking about how many flies are in OUR restaurants!

Disgusting, I'm trying to eat my food and the employees are just sitting around talking about how many flies are in the RESTAURANT. WOW!! I don't recommend this or any Carl's Jr...
