Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Norco

Sandwiches, donuts and coffee are good here, but the staff is seriously lacking. The team that is working here today were rude and inattentive to customer's orders.

My wife waited for 20 minutes or so and ended up asking when our order would be ready, only to find out that no one ever started working on our sandwiches!No one ever apologized to my wife for the obvious mistake, which shows a refusal to take accountability. People who ordered after us had already finished their food by this point. To top it off, I paid extra for avocado only to find out once I got home that my sandwich was missing the avocado. This is not the first time that it has happened, which is unacceptable!

I'm likely not going to be back any time soon. Good food alone isn't enough to make me put it up with being ripped off and dealing with workers who seem like they don't want...

I like the triple chocolate donut but they don't always have them... I drove 6 miles to get one and they didn't have any.... Update; went there again for my birthday and no triple chocolate donut again so I got the chocolate butter milk bar and glaze twist,,, twist was ok but the chocolate butter milk bar was biggest disappointment I ever had... Full of oil! Napkins for soaked in oil and very loose like crumbling apart.... Terrible and I got a coffee and they put the lid on and the lid was a little too big and when I took a drink the coffee spilled on my chin and neck, I thought maybe it was on right but no they are little to big fur the cup that it will rotate on the cup.... I also bought donuts for my family and gross! My daughter complained so I know it wasn't only me.... Last time you will see me here! Big...

These donuts are kinda expensive but when the product is good who cares.......Well that was not the case on my last visit, when you re-cook donuts there is nothing to say or complain about. So, after 3 years I am done with this place. Re-cooking donuts is not only gross it's unethical in my opinion. I refuse to play Russian roulette with my food.....Yum yum donuts is no longer my go to spot.....I should have known when they stopped providing boxes for...
