Called 12/29/23 @ 4:45 pm to order a large pizza & wings with celery. New hire "Michael" was very pleasant however, he needed assistance placing my special request of plain wings. I was read back my order and given a cash total and told 30-45 minutes. An hour later my order isnt here so I call in asking where my order is - Michael says he needs his manager to look into it ..im put on hold. A "Bryan" who Said he was the acting manager came to the phone - he said he would track down my order and place me on hold for 4 minutes .. he then came back to the phone Asking me if I was sure I called that location -- to which I replied yes and asked him to ask Michael who took my order, if he recalled me. .... Sadly, Bryan said he would not engage him in our call. I told Bryan I thought that would solve any questions on whether I had indeed called there (since Bryan was adamant at thar moment that I had not). I became frustrated and asked his name to which he snapped B-R-Y-A-N FOR YOUR RECORD. all this is on a recorded line as I'm a business owner and called from my office * After he gave me his name he tells me he was putting me on hold for his manager. Another 4 minutes and a Kristen is now on the phone. She asks Michael he remembered my order but had no idea where it was - She offered no expedite on re-deliver ... no apology for B-R-Y-A-N and his demeanor or the hour and twenty minutes I'd now waited for nothing.
Do yourself a favor and order Domino's or Pizza Hutt ...heck, I bet Little Caesars has better customer service...
Read moreOrdering online can often be more convenient, especially when the prices in-store do not align with those listed online. This discrepancy can lead to frustration, prompting customers to make phone calls simply to place their orders. Additionally, it is not uncommon for businesses to impose extra charges, such as an additional $10, which can further complicate the purchasing process and deter customers from choosing in-person transactions. In many cases, consumers find themselves navigating a complex landscape where the ease of online ordering is offset by unexpected costs and inconsistencies in pricing. This situation can create a sense of distrust, as customers may feel they are not receiving the best deal available. The added burden of having to call to clarify prices or place orders can also detract from the overall shopping experience, making it less enjoyable and more time-consuming. Ultimately, the challenges associated with ordering online versus in-person highlight the importance of transparent pricing and clear communication from businesses. By ensuring that prices are consistent across all platforms and minimizing additional fees, companies can enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty. A streamlined ordering process that prioritizes clarity and convenience will likely lead to a more positive experience...
Read moreSimple instructions: NO SWEET PEPPERS. Do they listen? NO. I had to hand-pick them off. I'm lucky my fingers didn't get red from touching them as that's what usually happened when I touch such peppers. Wish I could have ordered online to avoid this mishap, but I couldn't order online for this location. The woman on the phone even cofirmed with me NO SWEET PEPPERS. First time ordering from This Calz. Will not be the last because I love Calz Pizza. I'll just tell them next time I order that I have a severe allergy to them and use an out-of-the-ordinary name for my order. Maybe it'll make it easier to remember. I ordered delivery and it was delivered in the time frame they said...
