DOMINO'S CAN NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME OUT OF ME!!! My bill was $37.46. I usually never have bills over $10 but on this night I happened to have 2 $20s. So I opted to pay cash. Right after placing the order I took the 2 $20 bills and a $5 bill folded it together and sat it on the arm of the couch. When the driver arrived my niece(14) answered the door. I watched her grab the money and hand it over and grab the food. She said he did not count the money he only looked at it and said $40 and put it in his pocket But then about 2 minutes later there's a knock and it's the driver saying we only have him 1 $20 bill. I knew this wasn't true but I still decided to check my wallet, but of course I had no more $20s. I asked him to check and make sure he didn't drop it. He he said he checked already. I was about to just give him more money until I realized he was saying that we only gave him $20. At that point I refused because the way the money was fold you can tell that there was more than 1 bill. I asked why didn't he count it at the door, but he said he likes to just count it in the car so that he isn't being rude. I told him I'm sorry but I wasn't giving him more money or giving the food back. Once in the house I take a look at the pizza and the cheese and cheese is completely on of one of the pizzas and 2 of the 3 pizza are in cut. I have pictures but I'm unsure how to add them here. So I decided to call the store. My manager was just kinda short with me before I could even say much he said that I could come get my $20s back (I hadn't even told him about the pizzas yet) I told him that I didn't want it, I just didn't appreciate what happened because it was humiliating to be accused shorting the driver, because that's not even in my character. The manager then asked if I had a ring camera I let him know that I do not, but I have cameras inside and I check to see it those caught anything. The manager then said good check that out and someone would be in contact with me in a few days. It's been almost a week and I have heard nothing back...
Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I ordered carryout (2 pizzas and the Parmesan bites) and arrived approximately 15 minutes after ordering to find my order wasn't being made. I was told it was a "timed order" but I'm pretty sure it wasn't.
The order was slow to be made and came out wrong. Both pizzas were wrong and were sloppily made.
When I told the employee it was wrong, the manager claimed that they were the only one capable of making food (they weren't even in the kitchen area when I walked in) and that they needed to get through 3 more orders (or pizzas not sure which) before they could remake mine. The manager was rude and defensive despite my being calm and respectful.
Once hearing that my wrongly made order would have to wait, I asked for a refund. The manger showed no sign of professionalism and very rudely printed out a receipt for the cancelled order and gave a very snarky farewell.
This place needs to better train its employees, even if they are new they should know how to put ingredients on dough. It also needs better training for its managers, in their time management and customer service skills.
This experience, and reading other comments, shows me that not only is this store subpar, but Domino's as a whole doesn't seem to care if one of their stores (franchise or not) drags the brand through the mud. I've tried to reach Domino's by phone and X... Nothing...
I have no plans to ever pay money to this company again, not without visible effort to correct this store and the way they handle...
Read moreI ordered my food for carry out tonight at 6:30 pm& arrived to my food being already prepared at 6:45 pm. I leave this store and get home realizing my pizzas weren’t cut through completely, we’re terribly unevenly cut & one of my slices had no toppings. I call the store back asking how this may be resolved, the employee on the telephone said my food would be remade & get a credit for my experience.
I return to the store & speak to the manager I told her my issues, she refuses to give me her name & was rude. I showed her my pizza, how it was Not cut through properly, messy and not topped correctly. Her response was,”there’s more toppings on your pizza than you would normally get. Im not remaking your food.” I stood in awe for 30 minutes before an employee named Al who directed me with dignity & morals. He refunded my money & apologized for the manager.
I just don’t understand why you have me come back to show you the mess of a pizza you should have pride in making, then deny my compensation.
I am very disgusted with the service & experience that I had to report it to dominos officials. I was not surprised at how no one washed their hands, we’re not wearing gloves, touching their faces & devices & continued making customers food! Please fix this dominos get individuals like AL “LoKo” who want to make sure things are fair & appreciated.
I had left when they told me my order had been voided. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour to be told we are unable to help you when you ask me to come back, just to not...
