Golden Pizzeria — Restaurant in Norfolk

I have been going to this establishment for over 15 years and I have currently encountered the worst experience of customer service provided by the manager name Angie Cospelich to date. I have an allergy to cheese and so my husband orders a stromboli with NO CHEESE. When he picked up the food there was Parmesan CHEESE on the top of the stromboli. He asked to have another stromboli made due to my allergy and ANGIE COSPELICH told him that parmesan was not CHEESE. Now what planet is she from? Is it dust or maybe snow? So my husband asked for a refund and she gave him the refund for the stromboli and told the staff to place him on the cannot return to store list. After hearing say that he says just give me a FULL refund since I can't come back to this place. ANGIE COSPELICH decides to call the POLICE ON my husband because he wanted a full refund. He never touched the food or left out of the store. When I arrive to the restaurant she decides to explain to me that PARMESAN CHEESE IS NOT CHEESE. If I would have ate the stromboli and went into anaphylactic shock then I would just own the place. Only rating one star due to customer service, the cashier tonight unsure of her name (white women with glasses ) was very rude and unprofessional my girlfriend was holding the door for me to come in and she told her “ you letting my heat out “ like she was not aware but she wanted to hold the door for me that was the first accident . The second accident what really took the cake for me was a child had to be about 12 maybe 13 came in and brought 3 pizzas I️ was watching him being that he is young and people do take advantage of kids with money in the food industry . He handed her the money and instead of giving him back his change she yelled at him “ is this a tip “ when I’m sure if it was he would have mentioned that before the fact . She definitely did not ask me was my change a tip . He went outside to ask his mother and she told him yes & after that she no longer had the attitude she had when everyone first entered . I️ gave the child his money back because I️ felt like he thought maybe he was obligated to tip her but with all that being said if you do not like your job...

First we call and order 2 philly steak subs and an order of fries that 16.67 then we ordered an extra fries and it came up 19.97. When the order gets here there’s one sub!!!! We call the pizzeria and ask for a refund because at this point me and my man is hungry. The lady who took the order was rude and stated no refund will be offered and she will not bring us our second sub!!! She was rude..... and very non chalant about it because they close at 1030!!!!
