Ordered chicken pesto panini. Barely got any pesto or chicken, on a glorified hotdog bun, with next to no flavor. With the price ($11.99 before tax), nowhere near worth coming here. Should've paid the $17 across the way for a better meal.

Their bagels are tasty enough but I would prefer a toasted bagel rather than microwaved. IMO, ordering a bagel with cream cheese is average, not enough cream cheese and no crunch to the bagel. That being said, I really like their sunrise breakfast bagel sandwich with egg, cheese and bacon The bacon has surprisingly flavorful smoky tones and I don't miss the toasted texture at all in...

They never toast your bagel. I have been to other locations and have not had a problem but this one just never toasts your bagel. I fly out of NOR a bunch and normally grab a bagel just before getting on a plane. I ask everytime for a toasted bagel and if I don't check before leaving (then make them redo the order,) I end up with a refrigerate bagel on a plane. Highly...
