Guy Fieri's Flavortown Kitchen — Restaurant in North Andover

Ordered dinner tonight for delivery at our hotel room through ubereats. Our driver did well but unfortunately the restaurant complete botched our order. We received 1 item we didn't order and didn't get 3 things we did order. The only downfall of the driver was he missed there was 1 thing missing from the receipt that wasnt in the bag. The receipt however didn't reflect 2 things we did order. When we called to attempt to fix the issue it was difficult to reach the actual restaurant. Ubereats was coporative and offered us a partial refund. We just weren't able to receive the food we actually ordered and we weren't willing to risk another botched order. It seems a simply phone call with someone at the restaurant where we could explain the issue which was with them not u ereats we could've found a solution. Love Guy and all he does but this is not a great representation of him. I hope they will find a way to fix issues like these for future customers because unfortunately there was no good...

Disgusted to think he puts his name to this brand!! The food was horrible and didn’t include the chicken in the CHICKEN Caesar salad...
