I’ve always really enjoyed this bakery — their pasties and bagels are amazing, and I’ve had great experiences in the past. This time, I ordered a birthday cake for the first time and was a bit disappointed. I’ll admit I didn’t think to ask about pricing ahead of time, so that part’s on me, but I was surprised to be charged $63 for a medium cake, especially with only chocolate and vanilla options for both the cake and frosting. I had hoped for a bit more variety, especially from a fully gluten-free bakery.
The cake was presented beautifully, but the texture and flavor didn’t quite live up to the price. I still love supporting small local businesses and will definitely keep coming back for bagels and pastries, but I probably wouldn’t order a cake again.
UPDATE in Response to Owner: I did not mention at all that I wanted a dairy free cake. I noted that I had never ordered a cake before and didn't know what to order/do. Not sure if that is what caused the confusion but I was only given two options for each. It really is disappointing that I had that many options to choose from and appreciate them clarifying...
Read moreWe have tried several gluten free and oat free cupcakes and cakes from a variety of bakeries. We hadn’t found cakes and cupcakes that taste the same (or better!) than those with gluten UNTIL we found It’s All Good In The Kitchen! Last night we had the whoopi pies + peanut butter cupcake and we’re still talking about how delicious and moist they were! This same bakery is making my daughters birthday cake next week and we’re so excited! Finally a bakery that has nailed it while keeping our family safe + healthy! We can’t wait to try other items on the menu—Until then, we are so grateful we found this bakery + will be certain to refer to others! I’m so happy to give this bakery + team a 5 STAR review! Thank you for your...
Read moreMy wife and I drove 45min here based on the recommendations of others and we're so glad we did!! We had the amusing and appetizing "charcuterie platter" which was a delicious assortment of desserts. I also had the Mediterranean breakfast sandwich which was delicious, and as a non-GF person (my wife is) their GF ciabatta was the best I've ever had, indistinguishable from the real thing. And we couldn't help ourselves and took home an assortment of soft, chewy cookies as well.
And not to forget, the folks running the show were amazingly kind and gracious, and made us feel extremely welcome! Plus the entire place was spotless as well. All in all, It's All Good is truly all good and is now permanently on our list of...
