Hi- I just wanted to give some feedback on my most recent experience.
I found Coffee Connection through Door Dash a month ago and fell in love š I went to visit the North Attleboro location soon after and I try to go when I'm working in the area. I've been there about 7 times since Door Dash took it off my area, but today was the first time I was disappointed.
It wasn't the amazing iced Turtle that was my concern, it was the young lady taking drive thru orders. I might have pulled up a tad far at the speaker and when she asked me how I was, I said I'm doing good, how about you? And then there was no reply, so I gave her my order and then she said she couldn't hear me so I politely turned more back to the speaker and repeated my order.
So I pull up and I'm sitting behind a car in the lane with my window down and I hear how pleasant the drive thru employee is to the next car behind me, so maybe she couldn't hear me?
I get up to the window, give my payment, I said thank you, there was no response. She gave me my coffee I said thank you, she didn't respond again. I then told her to have a good day and I drove about my day.
I would be more okay with her attitude if she wasn't so rude to me but yet so nice to the customer behind me, even at the pick up window! I drive out of my way to come here because of the coffee and the great service but today was just out of the ordinary.

Yet there was no way I could do my own math because thereās no price on their board, just description of what theyāre selling (menu) So I asked the girl behind the cashier what was the reason for this luck of information to the customers. Then she replied that it was due to āinflationā and it would be a lot of āworkā to keep changing the prices every day. Her answer brought me to ask another question. How are we supposed to know what are we paying for it? Then I continue saying that she could charge me any amount. How would I know the difference? That brought her to no answer. She understood. I hope.
My intention is not to go back but Iāll give another try. Hopefully their Manu will be up to date and Iāll be able to know exactly how much Iām paying for my food. I believe in support small businesses but as long as they respect me as a customer, and not put me in...

The first problem I noticed after being there for a couple of minutes was the menu that didn't have any prices at all. I don't know if the people in that town are rich but how do you purchase something not knowing how much it costs or do people just not care? I would have loved to grab a sandwich or pastry. Something as simple as coffee & pastry didn't even have prices. I don't feel comfortable at places like that since I'm on a budget after paying so many bills I didn't want to be embarrassed by asking continuously how much something cost.
