Unacceptable. The man behind the counter took my order with gloves on, then handed me my food with the same gloves. As someone who has worked in management for Cafua, I know this is a direct violation of basic standards.
Staff was distracted, chatting instead of working. I had to repeat my order twice, and instead of speaking to me professionally, the employee waved me over with hand gesturesâaggressive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
When I asked for my coffee rolls to be bagged separately due to an allergy, I was flat-out refused. Allergies are not a joke.
To make it worse, my coffee was poured from a pot that ran empty mid-pour, then topped off with another. What I got was a cup with foam and sudsânot quality, not fresh.
