Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Brunswick Township

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel which usually comes with American cheese. So not thinking anything of it I didn't check my sandwich. When I got home I took a bite and realized something was off...so I of course opened the sandwich up and saw there was mozzarella cheese on my sandwich. I can not war mozzarella cheese and I didn't think I had to tell them that because as I said before usually sausage egg and cheese bagels come with American cheese. I've ordered that same sandwich from others Dunkin donuts and they all got it right. To make a long story short I wound up having to go to the hospital and spent a little over 36 hours in the hospital. I kept trying to call this specific Dunkin donuts and I couldn't get through so I went there and told them what happened. They told me there was no mozzarella cheese on my sandwich (mind you I saved the sandwich and the receipt and brought it with me but he claimed I didn't get it from there), I then asked for the manager/supervisor and the man that was there whom was the same man that was there the day I ordered my sandwich told me that the supervisor wasn't there and that I had to come back. I came back once again another day and the same thing, no supervisor. I stopped going here years ago because I always had issues, today there was a tree that went down on rt 27 blocking my way to the Dunkin on 27, so if I was going to get a coffee, this was my only option, my order is pretty simple, I don't even have D&D employees add my Splenda, I always do it myself, so the only thing they need to get right is the size and how many creams I ask for....Well, I start making my coffee, it smelled weird, like they have been using the same old coffee grinds, I finally asked for a new coffee because it tasted so weird....A different person made me a new coffee, making it even worse than the first time, I had to ask for Splenda because there wasn't any at the station where they keep it, I kept saying the number of Splenda I needed, and she handed me one, I repeated myself numerous times, each time handing me one Splenda, after about 6 times, and her laughing every time, she gave me the number of Splenda I asked for. Let me first say that I stop here mostly out of convenience. The other DD's along route 1 N, either close early or are difficult to get to because of heavy traffic. Everytime I order an iced coffee, it is always --ALWAYS watered down. There are several DD I frequent and I know when I go, they won't all make them the way my default does, however, it is never watered down like this one does. Given the location is prime on route 1, I think they should definitely hire 1-2 more employee's, especially during weekend rushes. Also, I don't think the food prep wore gloves. In many other DD'S, the food prep only does food. Not here, food prep was handling other roles, I assume due to the short staff.
