Horrible experience in the recent couple years. The lady at drive-through station is rude today and ready for a fight for some mystery reasons I don't know. I was, yes not anymore, a loyal customer at this location. They offer secret menus like the 11 pieces of chicken only. It's delicious I have to admit, I've been ordered this special deal for at least 3 years with no problem. And today, this lady with anger(from somewhere but definitely not me) clearly don't know how to order an 11 pieces, I heard her "where is it " through the mic. After her failure(I assume), she said "we don't have 11 pieces, 8/12/16?" I TRIED to say "I have this order all the time and I got one last week.", I really tried, TWICE. And every time when I started my sentence for three or four words the lady quickly realized what I said was not on the menu and she INTERRUPTED ME TWICE with "eight, twelve or sixteen? which on do you want?" That was very, very, rude and what's worse was she's trying to rush me. I mean I was the only one on the drive-through line, my plan was interrupted due to the inability of that lady taking my order, and yet I don't have the time to re-think what I want instead??? Not to mention her voice was rude and angry and sounds like she can't wait to get rid of me. At that point I was really mistreated. Don't you think that's over. After I placed my order and was asked to drive to the window. The window was opened, the lady showed up and told me the price. Here's the worse part: I handed out my card and she was reaching out so close. I mean, so, so close. The distance between the outmost edge of my card handing out and her finger was less than the width of their receipt. Then I heard "I'm sorry" from her, and that sorry was not even for me!! She had a new customer on line and she's hold that customer! She's sorry for the new customer! not me!! Then I start counting after I figure out this sad truth. My hand w/ card was in the air awaiting for her picking up for at least 47 mississippi before she came back for the card!! That's it, I'm done with this location. Even if this means I will have to figure out another place to order chicken, at least in the new place, I shall be treated like a human with manner, not like this tragedy happened...
Read moreThe service was good, the line was really long for the drive-thru, but the service was good, but for me this is the first time at Popeyes + it's just way too peppery if you will, just annoyingly amount of crunchiness, so there's like a tremendous amount of breading on everything. Everything they sell a tremendous amount of breading which is then fried, and then because it's fried. Fried then you have an enormous amount of sodium in everything you eat from this place. Soe everybody's different, and what's a lot of sodium for me is not a lot for other people so I shouldn't judge on that. But for me it's just too much. I'm an older male and it's just way too much sodium so I'll steal clear of any Popeyes, but if you like that spicy very salty taste, then...
Read morePopeyes is always a quick absolute delight. The moment I walked in, the enticing aroma of their signature fried chicken sets the stage for a memorable dining experience.
The star of the show, of course, is their fried chicken. The crispy, flavorful coating combined with the juicy and tender chicken beneath is a match made in fast-food heaven. The sides, including the Cajun fries, and mashed potatoes with gravy complement the main dishes perfectly. Each side has its unique taste, and they are all delicious.
What I appreciate about Popeyes is the consistent quality of their food. No matter which location I visit, I know I can count on the same great taste and texture in their offerings.
The service at the restaurant I visited was prompt and...
